Dirty carpets and this place is newer!

Super beautiful hotel! Definitely felt clean and sanitizer. My only hang up was 2 of the desk employees seemed to be annoyed. Other then that, I loved it. Right off the 10, super easy to get to.

Very dissatisfied🙁૮₍ꐦ -᷅ ⤙ -᷄ ₎ა The toilet cracked on the night of check-in, and then they said that the room was full that day and they couldn't change the room. The next morning, I wanted to poop so badly that I asked them to come and fix it quickly, so I went to the toilet first and then changed the room. As a result, the repair took almost three hours, and I had to go out to buy a toilet seat to fix it🥲 Then Ctrip customer service was very responsible for coordinating the front desk to change rooms for us, and helped us upgrade and compensate us. As a result, after watching baseball and returning home, I found that the room I changed was not upgraded at all, and the sink and bathroom in the room were not cleaned... The worst double tree I have ever stayed in! ! Really avoid it The room is old! The facilities are shabby! The service is poor👎 It is recommended that Hilton re-examine this local hotel, which is completely destroying its reputation!
