Really good experience. We got upgraded to honeymoon suite which was amazing. We actually extended our stay but the second night had one of the suites which wasn’t as spacious or clean. But the excursions and the views were just out of this world. Highly recommend doing the 3D2N as you can go to one of the local villages on cat ba island and cycle around. The staff were friendly especially Jannie. She spoke the best English.

Recommended for travellers who choose to have a relaxing trip. This cruise go to the Lan Ha Bay, less crowded place.

Everything was perfect. Food,service, room,excellent. The wifi just needs to be improved.

Great room with amazing view on the boat. Cruise got renovated in 2022 so everything is decent and new. Staff are really helpful while activities are well arranged for guests.

The overall feeling is not good . The crew is trying to be nice but it always feel like they see you as a wallet and not more . Every extra service they offer is over priced. The cruise is nice . The trip day attraction was very burning and waist of time . I would expand for more value for my money. And with so many great options to choose in halong bay I don’t see any reason to choose them . Objectively speaking, I give most of the service staff on the ship 5 stars. They are warmly welcomed and most of them are considerate. However, the customer manager on the day had a very bad attitude towards crisis management. If you have a room type that you particularly want to stay in, it is recommended that you do not choose this cruise ship because We were very much looking forward to this trip. One month before departure, we specifically checked with the hotel to see if the three-person room with balcony we had booked was the same as the photo (worrying about misunderstandings and inconsistent expectations). The hotel responded that it was indeed the room type with balcony. Welcome to our stay! Unexpectedly, on the cruise ship, the room for three people with a balcony was directly changed to a group guest, and they were directly changed to a room without a balcony! The account manager on the ship took advantage of the fact that we were already in a dilemma at sea and directly replied that the room was full and there was no other choice. In addition, the supplies in the room were moldy, the pillow cases had black spots, there was garbage on the floor, and the door lock was broken! Repeated requests for a solution were delayed until 8pm, but the account managers responded with a casual attitude... Finally, they gave a free massage at the SPA on the ship, and arranged to go after 22:45 in the evening. The originally scheduled 75-minute massage became 30 minutes. At the same time, because the masseur was tired, it basically didn’t count as a SPA experience... It was a really bad experience to be full of expectations and get lost at sea and worry about your life safety at any time. The only good thing was to order through trip. The platform is willing to assist quickly. If you want to experience the romantic atmosphere in Halong Bay, it is recommended that you evaluate whether to choose this cruise ship.

The experience on the Erina Cruise was perfect. The boat is very comfortable and beautiful. The room is spacious and luxurious. The bed was perfect, it's a shame I didn't have more time to lie down. The boat provides numerous activities for travelers: fishing, cycling, diving, beaches, live performances, kayaking, heated pool, cable TV, etc. The included meals are very tasty and the service in the restaurant is remarkable. The cleaning of the room was excellent. My special thanks to the employee Lee who was kind and even learned a few words in my language to communicate with me. The music on the boat was very pleasant too. To help other travelers, I leave two tips: 1 - stay for at least 2 nights to make the most of the experience. Ha Long Bay deserves all the attention given. 2 - The internet is quite unstable. If you need to work, consider an alternative to what is offered on board.

I thought we would go to a limestone cave, but we didn't. I was looking forward to it, so it was disappointing. It took a while to get to the cruise ship, and it would have been nice if there had been some explanation of the journey to the ship.
