Very good experience. 2 mins walk from Kyoto Station. very very good, highly recommended.

I chose IBIS as I stayed in Melbourne and was convenient! Is right opposite Kyoto station. Hotel right has donki, left has AEON mall. 3-5mins walk. Bus or train option to get to Gion, shrine and super easy. Staff was super friendly with SMILES! The hair dryer was amazing! They got me an upgrade! Thank you!

I was in Kyoto for a short visit and it was my first time. I find the hotel location is perfect since it is right across the Kyoto Station. On the other hand it is still walking distance for many places. I highly recommend this hotel for such traveler. They are keeping your luggage when you are roaming in the city.

The room is good but rather small, it’s good for solo trip and the location is just opposite from the station

I stayed at their basic room for a night. Room and bathroom was really clean, comfortable bed and very good location. Check in and check out process were really fast. Staff were nice to help out. Definitely I will book again once we’re back in Kyoto.

The location is really good as it is right opposite Kyoto station. There are a lot of food nearby and a convenience store just right below the hotel. Just that the hotel room is small. Overall recommended!

Few walks from kyoto main station. Downside, the room and corridors are smelly and dusty.
