1: the price for the room is cheap. 2: room massage service provided 3: Transport service provided 4: They lent us a jacket because my friend was too cold. 5: the only negative part is their breakfast, choices are limited but you get what you pay.

The room is nice but water pressure is low at night. Location is on a hill. Breakfast indicated is buffet but will be served fried rice or noodles

Lovely family run Inn right in the centre of Sapa. The family is very kind and attentive to the guests' needs. I stayed in the dorm and it's clean and comfortable, very good value for money and they also provided breakfast

The host was accomdating and friendly. The location was accesible and nearby the city center. However the room was right beside the level 1 lobby and in the early morning , guest were talking loudly and footsteps could be heard. Also there was karaoke singing at 9am in the morning...😨 The bedsheets were dirty and there were cockraoches and grasshoppers in the room🤢

Owner are friendly and they try introduce all land mark in Sapa best service the room are clean

Hotel staff are very friendly and guide visitors for find right attractions, tickets, shopping and etc. they provided best hospitality in the Sapa and highly recommended.

If you find it well at first, it is an 8-10 minute walk to the cathedral. The egg fried rice for breakfast was so delicious. It is clean and has good hot water. It is located on a hill.

It is located a little bit away from the center of Sapa and on a hill, so it can be a little difficult to visit on foot. The price of accommodation is cheap and breakfast is included, and the staff is very friendly. The bedding was a little dirty, but not too uncomfortable. It can be cold because there is no heating.
