Good and great

Bad aspects: 1. The room layout is not very good, the tea bar is close to the bed, it is quite crowded. 2. The 227 I chose, when I turned on the faucet of the wash basin in the bathroom, a foul smell came out, which was really unbearable. The hotel service staff dealt with it, but it didn't get better. Compared with the service in China, it is still poor, and they didn't offer to help change rooms. 3. One night when I took the elevator, it suddenly ran out of power and got stuck, which was also embarrassing. Good aspects: 1. The desserts for breakfast are pretty good. 2. It happened to be Saudi Arabia's Independence Day, and there were chocolates for free.

The reception and room cleaners are very polite and kind and they try hard to satisfy the guest, but the hotel restaurant (room service) is unfortunately bad, the food is very bad and the service is not good. For your information, their spa service is suspended and when I requested a spa from outside the hotel they said it is forbidden but we will allow you this time only.

I took an Uber from the airport to the hotel for 120 riyals. The hotel is not far from several attractions such as the Kingdom Tower, and a Bolt taxi cost about 20 riyals. The room and bed are large, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and there are not many breakfast options, but the taste is good. If there is a disadvantage, it is that the door of the shower room is half open, and the surrounding area will be very wet after taking a shower, so you have to prevent slipping and falling. Fortunately, the climate here is dry and the exhaust is strong, so everything will dry up quickly.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation, rich breakfast, and attentive service from the front desk guy. It is a hotel worth recommending, and it also has fitness and swimming.

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service, but there was a disturbance from the maintenance work next to room 125 from 9 am. It would have been better to have the maintenance work in the afternoon.

The hotel is relatively new, but the facilities are relatively cheap. I was stuck in the elevator once during my stay.

The room is a bit bigger, but the hardware and software are not worth the price.
