Breakfast is good. Room is not good enough. Location is not really good but we were driving to there so it is fine still.

There is no free parking in the hotel parking lot, only a 200 yen coupon. The front desk has to go up an escalator, but the overall hotel is also very good!

The hotel is very new and the rooms need to be small. The breakfast is exquisite and the service is attentive.

Used for business trips. The room was clean. The large public bath was good. There is a sauna and an open-air bath (for 1 person) for 3 people. Open from early morning until late at night. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. It was good except for the fact that it was far from Tsu Station and there was a charge for parking. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

Nice hotel with hot springs, but the phone in the room doesn't work and I can't find the front desk

挺喜歡的，房間是個三床房，兩大兩小剛剛好，環境也很好，空間很足夠，乾濕分離，有個大浴缸，倆娃很喜歡，電視可以找到各種動漫，可惜日語不太行，這次看了龍珠，回憶滿滿。大堂很美，服務很好，而且有中文服務，酒店附近有個711便利店，附近停車很方便，酒店贈送200的代金券，超讚。

チェックアウト時のフロントの方の対応が丁寧で良かったです。サウナや露天風呂があるのも高ポイントでした。アメニティなどは必要最低限といったところでした。最寄駅から少し距離があるため、バスの利用をお勧めします。

チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの方の対応が、とても良かったです。 お部屋も広々として居り快適でした。

酒店不錯，適合出行

I stayed for several nights, put the trash out in the hallway in the morning, and went out without putting up the cleaning sign. When I returned, the room had been cleaned. Since cleaning was not required, I hung up my underwear and I know that there are male cleaning staff, so it was quite painful. This has happened before, so I couldn't ignore it and contacted the front desk, but there was no apology when I checked out. Also, the charger that was supposed to be plugged in was unplugged and broken. The front desk's response was not very good, and it was a hotel that made me feel uneasy.
