They have a good service and very clean

The room needed a refresh and the bathroom needed repairs.

The location is perfect for travel but can be considered as a mid range hotel.

If there is a possibility to put a Zero I will put it. Heating not adjustable so room too hot, refrigerator does not work we had to ask for another one which was late to arrive. We asked for a baby bed, we were brought a broken one which is not functional. No microwave in the room Bed too small for two people. Mediocre breakfast, omelet with a bad taste there is pepper in it! In short, I will not go back, very exaggerated price. A 50-60$ max is more than enough for such a hotel.

The main access to the hotel has stairs, not practical, advise you to go through the access downstairs. Catering lacks care, food is not great, but the table is big! Room is on level 0, reception is at 1, rooms are at 0, only stairs😀. the hotel told us that it could not find our reservation, not against it welcomes us with the high price not compared to our initial reservation, Trip did what was necessary to reward us on the price, not against I suspect how even if the hotel does not play on the price difference, I hope our case remains exceptional.

The location is not super good. The swimming pool is closed, it is not possible to enjoy it while my partner is outside. The microwave on our floor was unusable because it was too dirty. The room's coffee maker didn't work but we were given another one. The water in the bathtub was very difficult to drain. The bottom sheet was quite rough. And I found little ants in the room. So, in summary, I don't think I will come back to your place.

The furniture leaves something to be desired. Old mattress and bed that squeaks a lot.

The breakfast service is not very pleasant. Feeling of being rationed. It lacks variety. Very noisy being next to a connecting room. The windows are outdated and unclean.

After seeing the red leaves in the national park, it was a bit late, so I hurriedly booked this hotel. The hotel environment also had a good breakfast. Convenient parking and good hygiene in the room.

Arrival around 8:30 p.m. at the hotel with three children aged 6-7-8. We travel a lot, we often sleep in hotels and I cannot recommend this establishment. Firstly, upon arriving in our room, the heating is faulty and the sink pipes leak onto the floor when we turn on the tap. My daughter found both feet in the water. Also the toilet is clogged. The mention was made but I did not have any feedback/option except to fill out a sheet, which was done. My comment would be that the hotel/rooms need some love. I find it a bit of a shame to have stayed there and not to be sure of the safety, especially with children. Lots of dirty stains on the walls and sticky or stained countertops... Not to mention the shower.. On the other hand, I would like to mention that this is the first time that I have been disappointed with a stay in this hotel chain.

The cleanliness of the carpet in the hallway needs to be reviewed
