I was nervous after reading the reviews, but when I got to the hotel, I found it was so good. I don't know where all the bad reviews came from? This hotel has three accommodation locations and is considered an old hotel. It has its own hot springs, which is very important. Currently, only 6 of the seven external hot springs are open. The clerks are also very nice. There is a young lady who can speak Chinese. She explained all the precautions and recommended order of hot springs, including dinner time, bed-making time, hot spring closing time, breakfast time, etc. She didn't have the bad attitude as mentioned in the reviews. If I were to rate the clerks, I would give this young lady 5 stars. Both meals were very rich and I was very full at each meal. They were mainly seasonal seafood and vegetables. The hotel also provides free drop-off at the station, which is very convenient. It's just that this trip was a bit rushed. If possible, I will choose this hotel next time and stay for two days.

The location is quite far, at the end of the whole hot spring street, and there is no elevator. It is quite tiring to walk up three floors. The cherry blossoms are not in full bloom but Kinosaki Onsen is still beautiful. Senko-no-Yu is probably the most cost-effective hotel in Kinosaki. He served food in the room, made the bed for us to sleep on, and also suggested places to soak in an onsen. The food was very good... We wrote a request that we didn't eat meat, so the accommodation prepared a huge crab dinner set for us (more than in the picture).
