Overall was a pleasure and easy hotel, staff were nice, tho not speaking I kinda felt bad when they didn’t understand what I asked. Would highly recommend to friends and family to go there if travelling to Toyohashi

The staff were very accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Room amenities are also well provided. We had a comfortable stay.

Superb stay! Location right by the Shinkansen exit. Bed by Simmons provided the best sleep on this trip. Breakfast’s a real good deal with shirasu and negitoro rice bowl in addition to the local produce, chikuwa.

Good hotel near Toyohashi Station. Clean and have everything business hotel needs.

Good hotel

The hotel service is warm, the sanitary environment is clean, and the hotel is in a good location. It is very close to Toyohashi Subway Station and is very convenient for travel. There are many convenience stores nearby.

A very good treasure hotel, right next to the Toyohashi Shinkansen entrance. There is an ice machine and a laundry room on the first floor. The room is also a bit larger than an average hotel and you can see the Shinkansen.

The reception staff are not very accommodating. When I made the reservation, there was no information about no cleaning service. The receptionist gave me only the room key card without any explanation. The room was not cleaned and the trash can was still there. When I asked why, they said it was because I booked without cleaning. The service is bad, even though it's not cheap compared to other hotels. The air conditioner is covered in mold and I don't know when it was cleaned.

It was clean and nice. It was nice that they provided water every day. It was conveniently located near the station. I will use it again. Thank you.
