Amazing hotel with an awesome spa/pool area and a convenient shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the airport. The breakfast was good, the lobby very pleasant, and the bed extremely comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if the occasion arises!

A nice stay as we arrive Toronto late and the hotel has shuttle bus services even midnight. Staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable!

It was a decent layover night!

Food was excellent. Hockey families were put next to Airline employees causing drama every day. These groups should be kept together with Pilots on quiet floors. We don’t enjoy being yelled at by others including employees and security. Parking fees are high and all car chargers are broken. I would have to choose a hotel with functional chargers when we return next month.

The written check-in time is 15 o'clock, but I was allowed to check in when I arrived after 10 o'clock. The hotel airport bus runs every 30 minutes, T1 is on the ground floor, and T3 is on the arrival floor.
