Hotels with Breakfast in Toronto

There was no offer to assist us with the luggage and we had to use stairs. Reception was very friendly and gave a quiet room as requested. However the room is far away from the gym and pool. Room is nice but small. The down side of our trip was the room service that did the beds but did not clean up the bar and there was no conditioner top up throughout the stay. Requesting refill etc was quite disruptive to our evening as the staff could not fulfil the requested properly without multiple visits. They have a nice luggage room and allow guest to keep their belongings safely. Generally we had a better experience at the Fairmont in Montréal.

The staff is fantastic! It was a 20 minute walk to scotia bank arena. The towels and the bedding didn’t smell fresh. I’m sure they are clean maybe their laundry machines need to be replaced. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Highly recommended! Great location, easy parking, and fantastic service. Staff are caring, kind, and are edger to assist and ensure you have a memorable experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel does not have hot water boiler, microwave and other facilities. There are several iron hooks on the bed frame at the bottom of the big bed to prevent the mattress from shifting. It is easy to hurt your feet when falling off the bed. The room is close to the train track and there is noise. It is acceptable not to open the window. Fortunately, it stops running late at night.

Rooms are slightly smaller than competitors. No microwaves. Others are perfect. Services are fridendly and efficient.

The check in was quick and came with two complementary waters. The design of the lobby was nice and the room was very spacious and well furnished, especially for its location in the busier areas of the city. I liked how there was a full body mirror in the room and in many places other in the hotel. There are a good amount of restaurants and transportation options nearby so it was very easy to navigate as a tourist. Unfortunately the door/walls had bad noise insulation so I kept mistaking the sound of doors/keys for people trying to enter my room which made me feel quite uneasy and paranoid. This is the only reason took a star off each category of this rating.

We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car. To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

The Novotel Toronto North York was good for a place to sleep in a convenient location to good stores and the subway, but I would only stay here if I needed a place to crash in North York. Check in was very quick and the service was good. Amenities and hotel decor seemed a bit dated though. There were strands of the previous guest hair in a corner of the bathroom that did not seem to be cleaned well enough and then the night of my shower, the drainage was a little bit slow. The water pressure on the 15th floor for my room also seemed to be a little low. TV channels for the cable service were also lacking signal at random points throughout the broadcast. At least the channels broadcasting PBS and the Olympics were still flawless, so that was a plus.

by Lake Ontario. Get off at Union Station of the subway, turn to Streetbus No. 509 and 510 in the subway station, and you will arrive at the hotel entrance. The girl at the front desk is very elegant. Inside and outside the hotel are stylish and stylish, and the rooms are fresh and beautiful. Very comfortable. The service of the cleaning and catering staff was very good. However, the front office staff was not very professional. I booked two rooms for my family and me for 7 nights initially and then extended for another 3 nights under another booking. I was confirmed by the receptionist on 2 occasions that I didn't need to check out and could stay in the same room. However, in the evening of the 8th night, we were told that we had not done any checkin for the 2nd booking even though we have got new keys to the 2 rooms that morning. It was such a mess and we had doubts to the security of this hotel. Besides, one of the rooms was smelly and we needed to turn the temperature of the room to around 20 degrees so that the smell was not so obvious.
