I stayed here on New Year's Day 2024 and had a good experience. This time I passed by Tongren and chose to stay here again, but the experience was much worse in all aspects after a year. The room, including the bedding, hygiene, and service were not as good as last time. The breakfast was not satisfactory before, and it was even more difficult to describe this time. It was probably due to the shortage of staff during the peak of Spring Festival.

The hotel environment is very good, with beautiful mountains and clear waters. It is the most satisfactory place to stay during the May Day trip. The welcome tea was delicious, and the candy 🍬 tasted good. We consulted about Tongren's tourist attractions and special snacks, and the front desk patiently introduced them to us! The room is large, clean, and a bath in the large bathtub eliminates a day's fatigue. The breakfast is rich!

At least there was coffee! We would def stay again and bring our own drip coffee!

Butler service, our butler Xiao Qin was very thoughtful and patient from the beginning of check-in, introduced the scenic spot to us, helped to take the luggage to the room, and booked a free shuttle bus to and from Fanjing Mountain.
