I originally booked three nights, but after checking in I decided to cancel the next two nights because the main business here is hot springs, and the hotel lobby is also a hot spring entrance open to the public, which is a bit confusing. Although there is a hot spring pool in the room, there are regulations on water consumption. If you exceed the prescribed amount of water, you will need to pay extra. And because there is a hot spring pool in the room, other facilities in the room are a bit tight, making the stay uncomfortable. The hotel is not easy to find behind Jinjiang Hotel. The hotel has a three-story underground parking lot, which is mixed with the vehicles that come to the hot springs. There are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel breakfast is in Jinjiang Hotel. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good.

A recommended hotel, the overall supporting facilities and rooms are very good, sleeping at night is very quiet, the bed is very comfortable, not noisy at all, friends who like quiet are blessed. The design of the room is simple and atmospheric, the white color is very refreshing, and the small ornaments inside can be seen that a lot of thought is spent. The outside environment and the sanitation of the room are very good, making people feel very comfortable, and the front desk service is also very NICE 👍 The small refrigerator also has a variety of drinks to meet the needs of people and are free. It would be better if it was summer. The infinity pool outside the house can be rested while also having a panoramic view of the mountains, which is very beautiful. All in all, it is highly recommended, and I can meet again next time!

As a hotel that advertises service first, it is simply unacceptable to not provide enough parking spaces for guests, or even consider the safety of guests. More disappointing, the hotel did not make the first statement of compensation or apology, seem to take this for granted. This irresponsible attitude has completely lost my trust in this hotel. In short, if you plan to stay at this hotel, especially for self-driving guests, please think twice. Parking problems are not only a headache, but can also put you in unnecessary trouble and danger. Hopefully the hotel will pay attention to this problem, improve the service, and not let other guests experience similar bad experiences.
