The front desk upgraded our room so it was very big. The front desk staff and the manager on duty were very nice, the service was thoughtful and enthusiastic, the room was well-equipped, the hotel was in a good location and the parking lot was spacious, and the hygiene was OK.

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast establishment. We were upgraded to a family style room upon arrival. The room was very large for the two of us. The room was located on the third floor and there is no elevator, but the host graciously carried our luggage to our room. The proximity of the accommodation to the Fangjian Mountain enables us to reach the park area before most other tourists coming from the nearby cities. We were already on our way down the mountain when we see the huge lines of people waiting for the buses and cable cars to come into the park.
The accommodation itself is quite impressive. The host and hostess did a good job of renovating to include all the modern amenities of a 5 stars hotel.
I would definitely recommend this place!

Very good accommodation experience in the B&B.
We booked a suite, and there was an unexpected visual effect in the morning, with a 270-degree view of the flowers and plants in the courtyard, full of green scenery.
The room was large, comfortable, clean and hygienic, and I felt good and happy.
I especially praised the breakfast. For the B&B, I especially praised the hotel's attentiveness, which was very good and beautiful.

GGuest UserWe are glad we chose this hotel. It is beautiful with a garden you can walk in upfront. The room was bigger than we had imagined with fancy gadgets and house keeping. Check in was a breeze. The front desk was friendly, helpful and resourceful. They helped us to find a driver to drive us. They also suggested places of interest that we could visit. The pillows are fluffy and comfy. The hotel is a little up a steep-ish cliff but its only like a 10 minutes endeavor. Taxis and didi's can come right up to the hotel. There's a bus stop literally by the hotel gate on the main road that can take you into town.
The breakfast was the only down thing for us. Ir was very very chinese targeted. At least there was coffee!
We would def stay again and bring our own drip coffee!

GGuest UserIt was such a surprise find at Fanjingshan. The rooms are big with modern facilities including toilet seat sensor. The inn also has a lift for those with big luggages and don’t want to climb the stairs with them, a feature that is not in all the inns around.
We have such a comfortable stay, even if it was just for a night. We took a didi to the inn in the evening and in the morning, the owner drove us to the gate of Fanjingshan to purchase the tickets. He also offered to pick us up when we are done for the day at fjs. He also helped us to engage a driver who drove us to fenghuang ancient town for a fair price based on our cab fare from Tongren to fjs. I will definitely recommend this inn which is also new, opened in March 2023.

IIng YungIt's probably the best hotel near Fanjingshan, but awkwardly located in Jiangkou which is again not so convenient to town for food as the hotel has very limited choice. The resort obviously suffered from being mothballed during the covid lockdown and someway to recovery.

Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff.
Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives.
Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight.
Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement.
Amenities: Good.
Location: Good.
Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost.
Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

GGuest UserBeaaaaautiful guesthouse with a beautiful view on the mountain. Its very quiet and peaceful, about 10-15mins walk from the small village where the restaurants are.
The rooms are nicey designed and decorated, all by the owner himself. You can see he put a lot of love and effort in it.
The rooms we stayed in had a big window and terrace, so we woke up to the mountains and the many flowers they planted around the guesthouse which was really nice.
The owner and his family are super nice and helpful with everything.
Only thing that we didnt like too much are the disposable towels, guesthouse owner explained its for hygiene purpose, but still prefer towels that can be reused.
Breakfast is very simple as they run the place all on their own and dont have the capacity yet.

Except for the area where the bed was placed, which was close to the TV cabinet, it was quite spacious. I mainly go hiking and take a break, and this type of apartment is exactly what I want. If you stay for a few more days, you can enjoy the special price without any pressure. The boss understands the customer psychology very well. The dishes for dinner were cooked well, and I had the most authentic rice tofu since entering Guizhou (the book in the room said that the birthplace of rice tofu is Jiangkou) and mung bean powder. Based on visual inspection of various comprehensive conditions, the one closest to the gate of the scenic spot is the best.

1. The hotel is in the city center, very close to the ancient city of Tongren, more than 8,000 steps back and forth. There are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient for eating and traveling.

3. The hotel has a bathtub. After climbing Fanjing Mountain, returning to the hotel to take a bubble bath is very refreshing and relieves the tired body.
4. There are also shortcomings: the service is poor, the non-smoking room booked by Ctrip, but the room given to us is very smelly of smoke, and no one answered the question after running several times at the front desk. There is no way to find an explanation at the front desk. The river view room is a non-smoking room. I went to the restaurant for breakfast on the first day. There was no boiling water in the restaurant. I asked the waiter several times, but no one cared. Hope to improve in the future.
