It was good but room was so small

Very nice hotel, good breakfast included

Everything works, room is nice and cool, black out window for better sleep - good location with a convenience store and atm across the road

The hotel is in a great location and more affordable than many other travellers hotels. So it wasn’t surprising to learn on arrival that it’s more of a business hotel. I didn’t love that the smoking room was the only option available, despite making a reservation for non-smoking. And the breakfast buffet was fine. Not really spectacular, and after staying for 6 nights, the same food every morning started to get repetitive. A bit more variety (maybe some fruit) would have been nice. But overall, it was fine.

The air conditioner didn't work properly and was very hot in the middle of the night. No outlet for second bed. I wouldn't booked again to be honest. Couldn't get myself to give a bad rating but yea.

Looklike clean room, room space it oaky comfort with 2 laggages still have space, vender machine are support, location a bit far from Shinjuku station anyway it can walk take around 15 mins. overall look good.

Room is stuffy and lacks ventilation, recommend to check the aircons cooling in the rooms

The hotel is very good. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is very nice too.

A bit of a walk from Shinjuku Railway station. But the room is clean n big for a twin room. Receptionist are very polite.

It was a good experience with great amendities, although it was a bit old.

Clean and not noisy at all and the bed was very firm and I got a good night's rest. 24 hour reception too

I needed a hotel very last minute due to flights delays, and I was able to book this same day and for a day or so after. For the price point I knew what I was getting into, but still- poor service for Tokyo. I initially booked a non-smoking room and was placed into a smoking room and more or less had to complain into a non smoking room. The shower curtain and ceiling of the bathroom were moldy. The shower would also turn off randomly during use, or give random shots of freezing water. The bed was comfortable however and they provided fresh towels at the start of the day. It’s within walking distance of Shinjuku station and its substations so traveling around was easier then some hotels I’ve stayed in. Would I return? Most likely not. But for the price it served its purpose.
