The room we selected is too small for couples. No wardrobe to hang our clothes only some hooks. As we travelled during winter so have more bulky coats that require more space. Also minimal space to open our luggage fully for packing. However, location is not bad, walking distance to different train stations. Overall, for the price we are paying it’s very affordable so don’t expect much.

A decent hostel, walking distance to Ginza district but a bit far from Toyko station. Room is clean. There are many rules & regulations, hence one should read carefully and adhere to them. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Scam! Two of us went to the front desk, but they didn't ask us to register another person's passport! And they checked my room type and knew I was alone! Then they asked us to go upstairs at 3 o'clock! (He saw there were two of us) Then when they checked out in the morning, they asked if there were two of us. I said yes, and they said they had to deduct one more night's room fee! Then they directly deducted more than 800 RMB (Japanese yen) from my credit card. It was a scam! When there were two of us at the front desk, you could have asked me for two passports or paid more, or you could have refused to let us stay! But they asked us to go upstairs and fined us the next day (they said they had to pay for one more person). It was a scam!

The room is very clean. It is self-service check-in. You can walk to Ginza. The location is very good. The price is affordable in this area. Overall very good

The front desk lady can speak Chinese, the hotel environment is very clean, and there is a subway station 100 meters away. This price is very cost-effective in Tokyo

Since it was my first time using the hotel, I skipped the pre-registration process until I received the check-in email from the hotel, but I was able to register while translating the English translation. The room number and room PIN code were also emailed to me, so I was able to register without any problems. I arrived before check-in time of 3:00 p.m., but the woman at the reception desk spoke to me, so I felt at ease. The location was very close to Ginza, a 15-minute walk away, Shintomicho subway station was about a 3-minute walk away, and there was also a 7-Eleven nearby, so it was very convenient. There was also a famous salt bread shop, which was a 4-minute walk away, so I lined up there and bought some for breakfast and as a souvenir. Since COVID-19, hotels in the city center have been expensive, so I've been staying away from the city center, but the price is cheap and the location is good, so I would like to come back next time.

Checking in and out can be done easily with your mobile phone, so you can do it without having to come into contact with anyone. However, when making a reservation, I had to enter my personal information. I found it a bit of a hassle to take a photo of my driver's license to verify my identity, and I was a bit worried about whether it was really okay to register here.
