great faciiity but room are small

Their hospitality is great!

The room layout and breakfast service are different from traditional five-star and above hotels, but the hotel as a whole gives people a very dynamic and youthful feeling, so it's not bad to try it. The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient for shopping. The room we stayed in was much larger than the other trunk, but I liked the room style of the other one better.

The hotel is elegant and quiet, especially in the morning when the sun shines in from the window, which is great and suitable for a late sleep. The surrounding area is very good for shopping.

A very stylish hotel. The rooms are small but well-equipped. It is located near Omotesando, suitable for shopping. The restaurant, bar and Yakitori house downstairs are also good. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Tokyo.

The room is small in size, the location is excellent, the service staff has excellent English skills, and overall the price/performance ratio is average. Very American style, choose carefully if you like quietness. The breakfast is very good and can be ordered with meals.

The hotel is located at the end of Cat Street, and it is very convenient to go shopping in Omotesando, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The hotel's exterior walls are well-maintained with green plants all year round and are a well-known local social gathering place. The hotel employees are all young people from all over the world, and their service concepts are very good. The room is designed with a pioneering design concept for young people. The facilities are relatively simple and the space is relatively small. It is not very suitable for older people or families traveling together.

It's pretty good. It's the first Trunk store. It's simple and convenient. The comprehensive space on the first floor is very practical. It's the first time I've experienced working overtime while traveling. It's pretty awesome.

One of the best hotels

Not bad, a uniquely designed hotel.

A fantastic hotel in Shibuya with superb service. We were upgraded to the most amazing suite I could imagine (the Dining Suite), which had a full kitchen with tepanyaki grill, dining room, sitting area, loft, beautiful bedroom (with pyjamas), WIR and bathroom. It was so beautiful I wanted to live there forever. The breakfasts were superb and the bar and restaurant excellent in every way. The young staff were attentive and full of enthusiasm. It was a wonderful experience I will never forget- the best hotel at which I have ever stayed.

This is a trendy hotel, but unfortunately we feel as those the positive reviews are miss leading. The hotel lobby is literally like a train station. It is FULL with young people on laptops. Also beware that on weekends there are often weddings, so it was very busy with guests on the night we stayed as well. I t is not a very authentic hotel compared to other places we stayed in tokyo, so it depends what you are looking for. On top of this, the rooms were tiny for the price! We stayed in tokyo at the Muji hotel in Ginza with was far superior to this hotel & cheaper for a bigger room. The positive was that the staff were attentive, but it didn't really make up for all the disruptions. We were really excited to stay here, but were extremely disappointed. We only stayed for one night so it was ok, but would have been disappointed if we had stayed for any longer.

Just love this place. It's so unique. From the pajamas to the drink's in the fridge. I also loved the vegan breakfast in the restaurant. They were also really great to my son when I had to step out for a meeting. We will definitely go back. The location is great too.

We decided to spend our last night of our 10 day Japan trip at Trunk Hotel before heading home to California. We felt very welcomed and attended to at every stop. Upon arrival, they carried our luggage to the room. They personally escorted us around the building grounds then up to our room and answered any questions we might’ve had, very cute touch. The night and morning bartenders were the stars of the show. They had no issue working up beautiful and delicious off-menu cocktails. Breakfast was light, flavorful, and filling. Perfect before our long flight home. The rooms were quant, very clean, and had a nice boutique vibe. Out of the 5 premium hotel/ryukan’s we stayed at, none had much in the way of clothing storage. I assume it could be a cultural difference. Regardless, that did not take away from our experience. It was a beautiful and warm way to end an above and beyond vacation!
