Very clean place and great location! Room is small but big enough for 1 large luggage.

This room rate is reasonable with breakfast included in Tokyo. You can spend 1-2 hours to Toden and city walk before check in. It is closed to other prime area by 山手線。 the nearby has a lot of different restaurants too.

Excellent location but a bit old hotel.

It was convenient because there was even a hair dryer and iron in the room. It was not too far from the station and there were many shops nearby, so it was good to do some business nearby. There was a musty smell in the room, so I turned on the air purifier and air conditioner and it became more comfortable.

It takes less than half an hour to go to Harajuku, Shinjuku, and Akihabara, but it takes more time to go to Ginza Sensoji Temple. It is close to residential areas and not noisy. The room is a bit cramped for a couple with two large suitcases, but for a 1-2 night stay, considering the price, you can live with it. Breakfasts mainly consist of three types of soups, and several types of delicious onigiri, the types of which change daily. Rooms are cleaned every 4 days. The location is convenient, the station is a three-minute walk away.

A small but cozy room 3 minutes' walk from Otsuka subway station. The room and the hotel itself have everything you need - from dental kits to a washing machine. Near the hotel there are several convenience stores, restaurants, a Picasso store and a shopping center with Uniqlo. Breakfast is classic - onigiri to choose from, one of three soups, juice/smoothie and buns. Not bad. We came for the sakura, and we were unlucky with the weather, but the sakura next to the hotel itself blossomed, it was beautiful.

The front desk service was too stiff in communication, without any traditional Japanese hospitality language. She didn't say a word: please, thanks, or in Japanese: ありがとう. The service of the lady at the front desk was OK before the New Year, but when I came back in the evening and had to register again, her attitude was completely different, and the luggage was still in the original place. Other hotels will help you put it in the room. The elevator is too old, and it is particularly scary to stand in it and sway from side to side. There are relatively many service items, especially the two aunts working at breakfast. They do a very good job. If I don't stay in this hotel next time, I hope to visit them.

The room was clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable. It was close to the station and there were many shops so it was not inconvenient. The rice balls at breakfast were also delicious.
