The location is good 5 minutes walking to the station, there is good metro and subway connections from there. Service is bad. They canceled the Airport Shuttle and didn’t tell the people we’re supposed to use. The only hung a paper in the elevator. AC cools only, doesn’t warm up when it’s cold in the room. The room was clean. Pictures on the hotel website are 100 times better than in real.

The location is great for family as there are many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. Rooms are big for a family for 4. Close to Haneda Airport. There is a complimentary shuttle from Hotel to Haneda airporr

DOS: 11-13 March Pros: -Big rooms -allowed to leave luggage before and after stay -bed was comfortable to sleep with, they also have memory foam pillows. -more like business hotel. -clean -combini across the street. -discount tickets to nearby aquarium. Cons: -poor hotel service. Front desk staff not very friendly -laundry service from room info doesn't match what they offer. We were told that it would take 3 days to complete. -limited timing on drop off and pick up. Only on mornings or late evenings -email address provided by the hotel keeps bouncing back when reached out to. Hence, cannot contact them before my stay. -no complimentary water in your room. -quite a walk to the nearest metro. Not really 6 mins as stated Verdict: -Will not stay here again.

For your information, if the laundry service is provided by 9:30 a.m. on the same day, it is possible to have the laundry finished by the evening of the same day. However, depending on the type of clothes, it may take a longer time the next day or the day after that. As for access from the station to the hotel, if you come from JR Omori Station, it will take about 5 minutes if you exit from the North Exit. If you come from other exits, you may have to take a detour. We apologize for the confusion. We take your comments seriously and will share them internally for future improvement. my room smell mold but I called to customer service and they changed to another room. The requesting was fast. So I thankfully to the person who help us.

Hotel is about 8mins walk from nearest train station. There is Lawson, 7-11 and laundramat nearby. The nearest Don Quijote is 15mins walk to can take bus for any last minute shopping. Toilet and room is a tad old school but clean. Around 50mins to 1 hr train ride to areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku.

Great location, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the metro station. Navigating the Tokyo Metro is super easy, and I used Google Maps, which provides step-by-step directions. It’s an efficient and affordable way to get around Tokyo—much faster and cheaper than a taxi. Don’t be afraid to use the subway; you won’t get lost, and you can always ask for help. Almost everyone speaks English. The hotel is nice and clean, with a friendly and helpful lobby staff. Everyone speaks English. I recommend adding breakfast to your booking—you won’t be disappointed. One minor downside of this hotel is the airport shuttle. The intervals between pickups from Haneda Airport are over an hour, so I opted for Uber, which cost me about 4300 yen—cheaper than an airport taxi and more comfortable. MYSTAYS also provides an airport drop-off service, but only until 11:50 AM. Other than that, everything was great. Whenever I travel to China via Tokyo, I stay at MYSTAYS. Both MYSTAYS Narita and MYSTAYS Omori are excellent hotels. Attention MYSTAYS staff: Please consider adding a couple of complimentary water bottles to the rooms.

It is best fit for a family of 2 adults and 1 kid. The hotel offered an additional bed to accommodate my son is very nice. The room size is a bit larger than typical economy hotel in Tokyo. Easy access to convenient stores and Aeon mini-super market nearby. The area where the hotel situated is quiet but yet easy access to the shopping center and restaurants near the train station. I will choose this hotel again for my family visit to Tokyo again.

Great location and place to stay for a family of five. While the place was very good, please note that you should not expect much of special amenities. It is very good for a stay but I would not call it special.

Booked 2 rooms, 3 & 2 pax configuration, upon arrival was told no extra bed available n given 2 queen beds.. 3 big adults hav to squeeze on a queen size bed!!! My son who is 188cm tall ended up staying up entire nite at the hotel lobby. We only managed to book another room cos the hotel was full (ended up paying for a3rd room) 4 nites into our stay for an additional 2 more nites there.

Free shuttle bus to airport starting from 5:50am and room is large enough for four suite cases.
