Room size is exceptionally small; it's the smallest room I've ever encountered. The check-in process was chaotic due to staff insisting on an additional payment, despite the payment being already completed. Additionally, while the breakfast offered a good variety of options, the staff's attitude was disappointing. When I requested a new plate because my food was cold, the staff member was rude.

Staffs are so nice. They assist me a lot during my stays. Appreciated!

While the location of Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50 is incredibly convenient, right inside the Good Earth City Centre mall, the rooms left something to be desired. They were quite small and felt a bit cramped, especially for more than one person. Room service, however, was efficient. Orders arrived quickly and the food quality was surprisingly good for a budget-focused hotel. Overall, if you're looking for a no-frills stay with easy shopping and dining access, it's decent. However, don't expect spacious accommodations or luxurious amenities.

Accommodation costs are cheap, but the location, cleanliness, facilities, and food of the hotel do not seem to be really good. It's hard to find twice. Recommended if you are looking for a cheap stay.
