The room was not clean, and the sheet not changed, suggesting not to go very bad experience. Food had hair on it, and they did nothing about it I want my full refund we booked two rooms very bad experience

Room size is exceptionally small; it's the smallest room I've ever encountered. The check-in process was chaotic due to staff insisting on an additional payment, despite the payment being already completed. Additionally, while the breakfast offered a good variety of options, the staff's attitude was disappointing. When I requested a new plate because my food was cold, the staff member was rude.

Orders arrived quickly and the food quality was surprisingly good for a budget-focused hotel. Overall, if you're looking for a no-frills stay with easy shopping and dining access, it's decent. However, don't expect spacious accommodations or luxurious amenities.
