The hotel is located at the perfect location, close to subways, supermarkets and of course most of attractions in Tokyo. The style is a little but outdated but in the mint condition, the only downside is that internet is slow and bathroom can smell a little bit weird but it's good for several nights and the stuff is really helpful. Free coffee at the reception desk is available as well.

Probably one of the best hotels in Tokyo in terms of price and quality. Cozy rooms that are cleaned daily, the hotel is ideally located between several subway stations nearby, great for a tourist, a beautiful view from the window. There are many interesting restaurants and izakaya nearby, the hotel staff is always polite and happy to see you, I fell in love with this hotel and will definitely visit it on my next trip to Japan.

The best hotel for the best price in Tokyo. This hotel is near Akihabara, Ginza, and Tokyo Station, and other areas of Tokyo, such as Shibuya and Shinjuku, are easily accessible by metro. It is a small hotel room, but it is very clean and nice. There is a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven right next door. It is an exceptional hotel, my favourite in Tokyo, that I've been to three times within a year. It is perfect for any traveller on a budget that wants a proper hotel room.

Everything was super. Metro stations of different branches nearby. A bunch of shops. Coffee as a comliment every morning. Clean, warm, good staff, everything you need in the room. I recommend

The staff is polite The room is clean and tidy The staff will clean the room everyday and they clean the mirror with no dust.thats so great Also you can store your luggage after check out with no extra service fee. The location is near to Tokyo metro hibya line小伝馬町駅（200m) and Tokyo metro hibya line and toie asakusa line人形町駅(400m). There are three convience stores near to the hotel.(2 familymart and 1 seven-eleven). You can easily go to ginza,skytree,Tokyo station,asakusa,ueno,akihabara in a short time. Definitely is a very convience and good hotel for all travellers.

A very small room for two with a very small bed. The bed linen was yellow from old age. If you turn on the air conditioner for heat, water flows down the window onto the floor of the room. The reception refused to print out one sheet of bus tickets. They also did not inform me that there is an opportunity to drink free coffee in the morning. But the coffee is terrible anyway. The advantage of the hotel is that it is located at the metro station, which can be reached directly from Haneda Airport.

We spent 3 nights here. The location is very convenient where you can access different train stations. The family mart and 7-11 are nearby so you can buy what you need very quickly. They offered free coffee in the morning as well. The staff were very friendly. The room size is very typical in Tokyo, so if you are used to big size room, be prepared to adapt yourself to a much smaller room especially when you stay more than one night. Overall, it is a clean and good hotel with affordable price. I would stay again!

Good and clean hotel nearby subway (around 500m walking distance) located in Tokyo downtown surrounding with many 7-11 and Family mart convenient stores. Although the room and bed is quite small for two people but I dont mind of this issue. **some who prefer a big room may not like it**
