It was a great one night stay before leaving Japan. The room was clean, modern, well designed, and comfortable. The service and staff were very kind to me. The hotel provides everything you need. However, if you're planning daily exploration of Tokyo, this might not be the best base — this place is more about calm and quiet. I think the highlight of my stay here was the people. I’d like to thank them again

Love that u can just take whatever you need from the shelves(?) opposite the concierge :) their shampoo etc smells good too! And bed is comfy First onsen experience, don’t mind booking again Attaching the view from my room~

Clean, amenities good, can use 2 subway line, close to haneda, recommend

It was a great hotel, very friendly close to multiple stations not far from the city areas. Even when I arrived late they still helped check in.

Excellent service inclusive new trainee that were just on board.

Limited parking slots and car is required to leave at 11am sharp even there is vacant slots and guest is still having breakfast at the hotel cafe

I had a helpful experience where I left my Apple Watch and my leather gloves behind. The staff took the time to retrieve and mark my belongings such that it was easy to claim later that day. This is a hotel with a hot spring facility and offers free breakfast. Perfect for solo travelers getting on with a full work day.

The room is clean and tidy! A little small but everything is there! It's a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Seaside Subway Station, a 10-minute walk from the Keikyu Line to Haneda Airport, a light meal coffee shop next to the lobby, a 711 across the street, a 5-minute walk to AEON Department Store, and a 15-minute walk to Tokyo Oi Racecourse weekend flea market!

If you arrive at Haneda Airport late at night, this is a hotel that I recommend. Self check-in and the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The windows opened for ventilation. The public bath was also an open-air bath, so I was healed. Breakfast was also delicious. Haha! I would definitely stay here again... Recommended ❤️

There is a restaurant downstairs, and you can order food upstairs😊 There are also many convenience stores nearby🏪, which are very convenient, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The air is also very fresh.
