I love the hotel location and stuff Service mind. They are great and very polite. Definitely will come back. Actually, I even introduced this hotel to my boss and she selected to stay one night at this hotel.  She also said she will come back with her family. 

Quite spacious room size with central location though it is not a fancy hotel. Good to have a family getaway with more space inside the room. Very helpful frontdesk staff indeed.

Location is near Shinjuku-sanchome st. and walikng about 900 m. to go to Shinjuku st. Convenience to go around Tokyo by train and bus. All Japanese staff to take care of you. (Safety feeling) Next time, stayed Again.

The room I stayed is very clean. Room size is enough for a single person. Although the desk is a little bit old but it’s acceptable. The staffs are so nice and kind! Location of the hotel is good since it’s not too far away from Shinjuku station.

The hotel is super clean, cozy and good location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would rebook the hotel if I am going to Shinjuku area.

It was an ok budget hotel although the price was super high I assume due to the busy season. If the price was better, I’d feel it worths the money as the location is great and the rooms is not bad for a budget hotel. One another issue was they don’t accept visitors. I’ll probably not stay again if I visit Tokyo.

Nice location, booked it the last minute

I don't really like Kabukicho, but the hotel has a great location close to two subway stations, and the staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel is a bit old, but it's okay, and it's nice to have a room with a real window that opens; it's quite rare.

1. Room size. My room was quite spacious. Overall, there was enough space to open suitcases and put things away. However, the room would be a bit narrow for two people. There is a table in the room where you can work on your laptop. If you are traveling alone, you don't have to worry about the room size. There is enough space for one person. All bathroom accessories are provided. 2. Convenient location. Overall, you can reach any necessary store (uniclo, hnm, donki, bikkamera, etc.) in 10 minutes' walk. There is a 7/11 and Family Mart right at the entrance. It's a good place for shopping. Also nearby is Kabukicho (which I recommend visiting after 10 pm to experience "another Japan" :')) 3. Service. In all Japanese traditions, bows, keigo, etc. As a tourist on my first trip, all this was new to me, so the experience was interesting. Check-in and check-out are done automatically in a special machine, the staff will help you figure it out if necessary. 4. Amenities. I will separately comment on the toilet/bathroom and bed. As a person who constantly travels and who is not picky, I can say that the bed and pillow are moderately comfortable. You will definitely not have sore necks and backs. The bathroom is small, but you will have everything you need. There was no "shocking unsanitary conditions". Overall, everything was good. No complaints.
