Facilities were great, rooms was spacious and a good fit for a family of 4. Compliments to the housekeeping team as they always ensure that the rooms are kept clean. Ideal location, short walking distance to the metro and the kombinis - Lawson, Lawson100 and Familymart, Ameyoko market, Parco and Matsuzakaya. If you're travelling to Tokyo, this is a great place to stay esp for families. 👍👍👍

The hotel is really convenient. I was going to check out, but the flight was cancelled and I stayed for another 3 days. The room is small, but it has everything you need. The most important thing is that it is very convenient to go out. It is very close to the subway station (Ginza Line). To the north is Ueno Park, a large lotus pond, and the zoo are all very close. To the south is Akihabara, where my eldest son goes for a walk every day. Opposite the hotel is Parco and Matsuzakaya shopping mall, which is really too convenient.

The level of hygiene was average. The bed was uncomfortable all night. I didn't know if it was the sheets or the carpet. I felt like there were mites or lice. After sleeping for two nights in a row, I started to feel itchy and there were mosquitoes. There is no shower cap, which is very inconvenient. Only rudimentary toiletries are provided. I won't choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Ueno Onshi Park, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Ueno Park is the best choice to watch the cherry blossoms in bloom. In addition, when you stay in the MIMARU hotel apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped and you feel like home. The room is spacious and comfortable. My favorite is the rectangular table, which is large enough for breakfast. There are also those small chairs where you can sit and put on your shoes before going out. They are so convenient and considerate! Overall the hotel is very good and a good choice!

It is close to JR Okachimachi Station and has convenient transportation. Food and shopping are all within walking distance. The hotel room is very suitable for family travel. The kitchen in the room is fully equipped. You can also borrow some commonly used small appliances from the front desk. It would be perfect if there is a washing machine in the room. The hotel employees I met were all foreign workers, so it was easy to communicate in English, but the service level varied (reflecting that there is room for improvement in management training). I never saw a Japanese employee (is this hotel run by Japanese?). The small hotel has no public facilities. Room rates are on the high side.

Especially suitable for families with two children. The room is big, new and clean. The front desk service is good and it is cleaned every three days. It is very environmentally friendly. I will stay there next time. There are many places to eat and there are many small supermarkets around.
