Room was okay, just that there were holes in the room wall, like it was kicked or punched by someone. Good as you get to have your own microwave inside your room. Cleaning is done upon request. Must check their amenities as I got two shampoos instead, didn’t get body wash initially. Location wise, it is just a 15-20min walk to Shinjuku Station and Busta Shinjuku. Not recommended if you have big big luggages, but good to stay since quite near to Don Quiqote and few other shops.

Small room that was clean bed and pillows were more comfortable than expected. Very limited space for clothes. Great location. Perfect for solo travelers and good value for the price. A/C was loud but worked. Would stay again.

The hotel is budget friendly and near Haneda Airport, near Keikyuu line station. It's my first time using a projector in room instead of TV so quite cool experience. Minus : the room key code is 10 digit so a bit troublesome Minus : need your own account to watch netflix etc, no tv programmes except youtube.

The hotel was good and location also good. At that time I arrived around 1PM and I need to find luggage storage by myself due to I cannot check-in yet and cannot left my luggage there.

Clean Room. Friendly and helpful staff. Plus points for the laundry service area. My allergies were not triggered. Good location.

Location was great. Basic necessities and also there’s microwave provided in the room. Overall 4/5. The only downside is that there is no luggage locker to store our luggage as we arrive a bit earlier before check in time. Might need to consider this. All in all we had a great stay in Shinjuku!

A simple place for your stay, suitable for 1 person per room as it is small. Close to a few metro stations and most importantly of all it is all close to the express bus terminal for bus to Mount Fuji and high speed rail to Osaka. After a long day to Mount Fuji, you don’t want to take any more metros. Many convenient stores nearby.

We had a very terrible encounter with the hotel ang its receptionist. We had 3 heavy luggages and since we arrived early, we requested to deposit our luggages just for a few minutes so that we could eat lunch. The hotel was not considerate enough to let us eat nearby without the luggages. This is the only hotel I know that does not allow luggage deposit. Worse, this hotel is a very long walk from Shinjuku station. We cancelled our stay in this hotel and requested for refund even just for half of what we paid, but the hotel did not allow refund. We could not refund any amount despite that we did not stay in that hotel even for a day. We had the worst experience in this hotel. Will never book again. Waste of money.

Dirty walls, it's not clean the rooms, very noise, they can not keep tour luggages (before check-in or after your check out for few hours). I do not have a good experience with this hotel at this area. In ikebukuro it was better.

This hotel is situated in the centre of Shinjuku Kabukicho. Walking distance to JR Shinjuku train station. Easily accessible by bus from airport. Only basic toiletries provided. Please be reminded, no early check in allowed, and they don’t accept to store the luggage if you arrived earlier than check in time.

Near seibu shinjuku station, walking to station around 5mins. Downstair has 7 11. There are lawson & family msrt at the station as well.

The Hotel was in the center so the location was perfect everything within walking distance. The hotel room was small felt congested, however the staff was very helpful and went the extra mile, I would like to thank Siddarth the front of house staff who was very helpful with everything whilst our stay there.
