The design of room very bad and toilet and shower so small

The service at this hotel was outstanding, I was really made to feel special. The building is beautiful, especially the marble staircase and terrace overlooking the sea. My room was very tastefully and luxuriously decorated, it didn’t have a view, but the price was commensurate for that. Overall the hotel gives an experience of mid tier luxury (not very very top level ala Bulgari hotel, but definitely premium). My biggest complaint is with regards to the gym and spa. The gym is ok, if small, has a squat rack which is great. But there is no locker room or changing area next to it! Any other five star hotel I’ve been to would have a luxurious locker room with a sauna and hot tub etc. Here there wasn’t even a place to change! I had to go back to my room and change into my gym gear the first time I went. Then there is the ‘spa’. Some hot tubs, relaxation areas and a sauna. Very nice, but a €25 EXTRA for guests!! What kind of a luxury hotel charges extra for use of the sauna?! Aside from this, I very much enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay here again.

I booked a 37 square meter room, which was very clean and quiet. Although the hotel is historic, it is not old and the facilities are well maintained. The breakfast is also rich and the location is convenient. Every service staff we met (front desk, doorman, restaurant waiter, massage technician, cleaner, etc.) was very warm, thoughtful and professional. Our 4-day stay was very pleasant and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we come to Malaga in the future.

I decided to stay in Malaga for one night on short notice and was glad to have chosen this hotel. The hotel is in Arabic style and beautifully decorated. The room I chose faces the sea, the large terrace is beautiful, and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel amenities are from Bulgari and smell great. The hotel pool garden can be opened by swiping the room card to cross the road to the beach, which is very convenient.

The hotel room itself is okay, but it's not very breathable and feels stuffy, but the toiletries are well received. The hotel's front desk and doormen are friendly, but the staff in the lobby don't seem to be familiar with the hotel. They don't even know where the restaurant in the hotel is. The restaurant in the hotel for dinner was unpalatable. It was very salty. I also felt dizzy, upset my stomach and felt like vomiting after eating it. The restaurant environment was very stuffy.

Everything is perfect that japchae!!! It's absolutely one of the best hotels I've been to. However, the variety of breakfast was a bit lacking. best view. Room condition is superb. Amenities are Bvlgari!!
