I am a return customer. New and nice facilities. Excellent location if you want to visit Toyosu fish market. The reception staff was not that friendly.

Friendly service and helpful. Hotel is clean. Very close to fish market but limited choices of other kinds of restaurants

It was fine actually but the location was soo far from everything and when we first arrived we found a bug in the room they gave us and i talked to them and they changed the room

Nice new and spacious room with 3 beds. Perfect location for Toyosu market and Team Lab. However, Tokyo metro pass doesn’t include the U line next to hotel. Close to bus stop to Ginza.

Stay here for 2 times. Reasonable price compare to other hotel around Tokyo. Could have been nicer if provide public washing machine. Only the location is a bit far from subway line except we have to transit via monorail first everytime we want to go to downtown area.

I liked the room size of this hotel and is closed by some tourist attractions. There are few options of the transportation to get around and the bus to ginza comes every ten minutes. Also, taxi to ginza is around 2300 yen which is not bad if you get really tired after shopping. I will definitely stay here again if travel with friends and families.

In general the room was clean, however we found a hair in the body wash provided by the hotel. Rooms are small, but that’s normal for Tokyo. Front desk staff were not very friendly. Location is not very convenient. Personally I won’t stay here next time.

The hotel as it is was great as the room was spacious, has an amazing view and a convenience store links to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and they provide cleaning everyday and the amenities. But the downside is the location. It took a bit loner than we expected to get to the main tourist area such as Shibuya, Harajuku, Akihabara and etc - we took a bus then transferred to subway and it took us about 40 - 50minutes and sometimes the buses were full so we had to wait for another one. Ginza was a few stops by a bus so it depends where you'd like to go but it wasn't the best option for us. The price is reasonable for the quality of the hotel given its location.
