I recently stayed at this hostel and had a rather disappointing experience. The wifi at this hotel was the worst I’ve ever encountered. It was so bad that I couldn’t even load Facebook.This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, the toilet had a terrible smell. On a positive note, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Side of the JR Meijro station (elevetor up/dn), easy access, calme area even side of the railway… small hostel, more home use, enough confortable! So a great place to stay, deserving more 5* than 3* (iTrip reviews).

Don't normally write reviews, but this place suited me just fine. Great showers, small, quiet, clean, cheap (6 nights £100, booked in advance, trip.com). Kettle, microwave, small lockers. Small shelf in your pod for two cabin luggage size cases, 3x mains plug sockets, light. No washing machines, but launderette 100m. Great location for Shibuya, Shinjuku. 100m to Mejiro JR, Family Mart 50m, cheap (500¥) but good noodle restaurant 75m. Duvets are light as a feather, because they are real feather! Okay, I found one bed bug and the aircon is a bit low powered, but you'll probably find that in most hostels. I stayed in a chain hotel, last time in Tokyo and my room smelt of cigarettes! I really do recommend this place, if you're not wanting a party hostel.

I met an enthusiastic Japanese old man. Although he was not a staff member, he introduced me to check-in and luggage issues. He was very nice and said he would stay for a long time. I stayed for 3 days in total. I didn't see any staff. It was all self-service. It was good, clean and quiet. I will go there again if I have the chance. Each person has a small compartment, which is suitable for traveling alone.

It's just next to Mejiro Station, so the transportation is very convenient. The environment is okay, but if someone sleeps in the bed nearby and snores, you will hear it. After all, the price is there But the foreigner uncle who owns the shop is very kind.

We arrived at 7pm and checked in by ourselves, but a stranger came in. He loudly told us who were staying inside to contact the owner and call the owner. I thought it was a staff member at first, but it turned out to be an uninvited guest who wanted to check in but didn't get a room. It's too unsafe for anyone to sneak in like this!

The hotel is very close to Mejiro Station, a 2-minute walk from Takadanobaba. The accommodation area is clean and sanitary, the public area is fully equipped, and the self-service check-in process is simple and smooth. I felt that it was very quiet at night, maybe everyone was very conscious not to make noise. If you are afraid of noise when sleeping, the front desk also prepared earplugs. The next morning at 11 o'clock, someone came to clean and change all the sheets.

The room rate experience is very bad. There are 20 beds in a space of about 20 square meters, almost crowded with people, and there are only two toilets. Unfortunately, my room was assigned to the toilet directly opposite the door. I can only say that I took a mask with me when I went out. There is almost no public space and service, and if you book a hotel on Ctrip, the experience will be even worse. I was forced to wait at the door for more than an hour because I couldn't receive the entry code. This is still based on the fact that I can use Internet services to communicate. If you are booking this hotel for your parents or friends, make sure they have a Japanese phone number, otherwise don't order it. All services are self-service, including renting bath towels and buying everything you need. There are many hotels of the same price in Tokyo, and I decided not to recommend anyone to book this one. Whether it is other youth hostels or bathing capsule hotels, they will definitely have a better experience. Hygiene: There is no obvious big problem, but there is a strange smell because of the crowding, and there is a damp and smelly smell because the toilet is too close to the room. The evaluation can only be that it can be lived in, at least not sick. Environment: It is located on the second floor of an old building. Below is a western restaurant that looks very old. It is not excellent, but it is OK considering that it is near the subway station. However, I do not recommend it if you have a large suitcase because you will face two flights of stairs (one when you exit the subway station and one when you are downstairs in the hotel). Facilities: There are no broken facilities, but the sanitary environment is also quite bad. Service: There is no service at all. Everything is self-service. The only advantage is that you can store your luggage at will because no one cares.

The inn is located right after you exit the ticket gate at Mejiro Station and take the elevator to the left. This route is recommended as it will be a long way around if you go along the road. There are outlets and lights inside the capsule. The shared space is convenient as it has valuables lockers and a hot water heater. There is a space for changing in the shower room, so there is no need to worry. Shampoo, conditioner, and poddy soap are provided. There are two shower rooms and about four or five sinks. Bath towels are rented for a fee, and if you stay multiple nights, you will have to pay to change the sheets. This may be a negative point, but it may be that the price is kept low. There is no need to go through any check-out procedures, so it is convenient. To check in, there is a sign on the door of the inn with the PIN number and room number written on it, and you write the sign yourself at the reception and drop it in the post. Considering the price, the location near the station, and the facilities, it is quite satisfactory.
