The room is clean, and the hotel provides so many amenities! I had a very pleasant stay here. Would definitely stay here again. The staff are nice and helpful. You can also choose to extend your checkout time for a reasonable fee. The surrounding area has decent food options, nice cafes, and book stores. It is not crowded, but there are not many activities to do around here and can get a bit dark at night. Would recommend the tendon place just next door called Hachimaki はちまきand the cafe nearby called milonga neuva ミロンガヌオーバ.

As a first-time international traveler, especially to Japan, I had some initial concerns based on reviews I'd read during my hotel search. However, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The superb cleanliness was immediately noticeable, and the hotel even had a wonderfully fresh scent throughout. The staff's hospitality was outstanding. They were incredibly friendly and made a genuine effort to communicate in English, which I truly appreciated. The unlimited amenities available at the reception were also a fantastic and convenient touch. This was such a great experience that I've already made my next booking here. Highly recommended!

Little mermaid as breakfast is good for bread lover, and the pastries actually very good! Location is very convenient and near to travel spot too. It’s quiet and my fav spot is the make up area, many mirrors which is good for girl. Got free hair curler or straightener for girl to do hair style too!

Great business hotel. Wish they had more washing machines and dryers Nice location. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy to get around. Not too far from the subway Room is decent for single traveller

Amazing location, right near the train station. It is an area with lots of old school book stores and looks like a place where japanese locals eat dinner after work. Room was small but modern and good for one or two people per room. Hotel also had hair straighteners and curlers so don’t even need to buy one!

I went with my daughter on a trip to Tokyo. I let her book the hotels, and she chose this one for our second night. She accidentally picked the one-bed option, but it was big enough for both of us to get a good night’s sleep without bothering each other. The room itself was small, but it had everything you needed. The toilet has an automatic flush that goes off when you sit down, so if you go in the middle of the night, it might startle you a bit! The lobby had pajamas, toothbrushes, face wash, face masks, hair masks (really good ones), and lots of other small amenities you might need. Oh and some REALLY good tea. The location is great—close to many spots and near the subway, which made it easy to get around. The Imperial Palace was just a short walk away. The AC worked well, and honestly, I have no complaints. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast option—it’s basically just different types of bread, so we ended up going to nearby shops and picking out what we wanted instead. The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent, albeit very carb heavy 😅. Location wise, it was near the main tourist sights but far from nightlife. Reception wouldn’t call a restaurant to adjust my booking as per their policy, this policy seems ridiculous, it is normal for hotels to help guests out with those sort of things. The need to review this policy.

Very good for the price and location, especially as it’s only a quite short walk to Akihabara.

Good location near the metro stop on a nice quiet street. The VPN connection was very slow through the hotel wifi.

Good hotel, for stay at Tokyo, not so far from metro, a lot stuff for free 💕 ( face cream, hair staling and more)

There are many nice restaurants near the hotel. Room is just perfect for one person. It is a bit pack for two person. Everything is good.
