Best location and friendly staff. Nearby, there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

There was a bit of smell in the washroom. But, overall it's an enjoyable experience!

My flight was canceled due to typhoon and the hotel refused to cancel my reservation. I did not spend any time in the hotel.

Superb location just beside Ikebukuro Station where you are spoilt for choices for food and shopping :) Just a little noisy due to trains running late into the night else all good :)

Awesome location.

The location is very convenient, diagonally opposite Exit 20a of Ikebukuro Station. The room is spacious, well-equipped (with air purifier), and the waiters are friendly and polite. The only downside is that there are multiple stairs at the entrance, which would be awkward with large luggage in the rain or snow, and the door is not soundproof (I could hear loud conversations in the next room for a short while).

First conclusion: This is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my 7 trips to Japan. Disadvantages: 1. Too close to the railway tracks, poor sound insulation. Trains do not stop from 5am to 12pm. 2. There are hairs from the previous guest in the bathtub. 3. The weird quilt is almost the same as the one beside the shoulder. The rest of the room is a single sheet, and there is a white sheet under the quilt. It is very uncomfortable to sleep. 4. The only toilet seat I have used is placed diagonally. Anyway, except for the good location, there is nothing else good.

The location is very good next to Ikebukuro Station. You can take the shopping cart back to the hotel first. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. The only inconvenience is that there are stairs to enter the hotel. It is inconvenient for large luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located, but the service attitude is not very good! A stiff face! The room and other facilities are also average. But the cafe next to the hotel is particularly good! Highly recommended!

The hotel is super convenient as soon as you exit Ikebukuro North Exit, the room is big enough to open the suitcase, less noise and quieter, the room can have smoking but once you enter the room there is no smoke smell

The location is very good, right next to the railway station, and you can reach the main shopping malls and 2D places in Ikebukuro within a 15-minute walk, which is very suitable for shopping. The room is not big but it is enough for one person.

It's very close to the station, so it's convenient. I was also satisfied with the customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms. As it is a business hotel, the amenities and services seemed neither good nor bad. If you are looking for a hotel where you can stay without meals for a business trip or a concert or other event, this is a hotel I would highly recommend.
