This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms are elegantly designed with plush bedding and modern amenities. Waking up to breathtaking city views was unforgettable. Impeccable service and attention to detail—truly a 5-star experience!

Room is not big but good enough. Thanks for the face mask and steam eye mask, etc provided. I travelled with my daughter. I got really bad gastro and called reception/concierge and asked if they had any medicine as I was basically too sick to walk. They said no and did not offer any other help. It was the first time my daughter (13-yr old) being in Japan. I had to send her out to buy some medicine for me. Thank Google map. Hotel itself is an old and beautiful building. Location is perfect, close to everything. I recommend it to people who don’t care much about services.

Hotel room was small but not a surprise for Tokyo. Not too many amenities in the building however was given water and face masks on arrival. Overall pretty good stay and great location if you want to explore Ginza.

I was very impressed by this hotel for many reasons. Firstly, while the room is compact, it has many handy amenities which make for a comfortable stay (kettle, drinking glasses, mouthwash cups, hairdryers)... This might sound basic, but I travel often for work and find that a lot of hotels do not stock these basic amenities anymore that make your stay a bit more comfortable. I liked the old-timey illustrations and decor, it all felt very well thought out. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk also had some complimentary spa face masks and skincare serums, it was a real treat that made it feel like a holiday. And its in the most quiet yet accessible part of Ginza, right across from a convenience store too.

Will be better if there is a gym room. Location is good and near supermarket OK.

Such a classic and lovely hotel among those typical one found, and they provide free facial cards and bath salt which are amazing caring thoughts.

They have excellent service and helped to keep my luggages after I check out for a couple of hours. Really good customer service and not to mention the location in Ginza is just nice.

good location .. very closed to Main Ginza street and walking distance to Mitsugoshi. Room is a little small and staff not so friendly 😁
