They gave me a room different than I booked, the rest everything was good

Loved this place. Staying second time time and will be back again. Great clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, have a bar and a restaurant for dinner as well. Sauna, jacuzzi, gym and swimming pool is always a hit for us so 5 ***** from us :)

Many exhibitors and visitors to the exhibition stayed in this hotel or in nearby B&Bs. There is a supermarket nearby When going to the exhibition, you can choose Line 1 instead of Line 8. Rich variety of breakfast

During the exhibition, the price was 3900+ per night, for a total of 6 nights. Compared with domestic hotels, it is a little better than chain hotels, with old facilities. The only advantage is that it is close to the exhibition hall. The breakfast is the same every day, with not many varieties. There is a charge for an extra bottle of water in the room. With such a high room rate, there should be enough staff, but there is no one at the service desk most of the time, and there is no umbrella to borrow when it rains. On the way to the hotel or in the hotel, I lost my wallet (all the cards and cash were in the wallet), and asked the hotel to adjust the surveillance from the entrance to the check-in. The answer was that the procedures were complicated and difficult to handle. I will never stay in this hotel again when I go to Hannover again!

My entire backpack was stolen in the hotel restaurant, including my cell phone, computer and even passport. The hotel was not responsible and the surveillance camera could not see it. This is a bad review. In short, I don’t recommend it!

It seems like a hotel I would visit often. If you go to Messe, the location is good and there is a mart nearby. However, the center is a bit far. Nice though!
