Hotel room is quiet tiny if your luggage is big and you are messy. Only 2 bottles of water provided per stay. But tap water is potable. Cleaning not provided daily unless you request to make up room.

clean, simple, high tech, super-compact nice stay - just what i needed and paid a fair price for

3-5 minutes by taxi from Tokyo Station. You can also walk there. It is a clean business hotel, and the rooms are on the small side. Breakfast is provided at a small but clean restaurant on the first floor.

It was close to the station and there was a convenience store nearby. There was also a chain cafe next to the hotel that was open from 7am, which was convenient. The room was very clean and nice.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, it was small, quiet, clean and so close to Lawsons, 7/11, train stations, and safe. The staff were friendly and knew some English which really helped, everyone was super accommodating to us and just kind overall. The rooms and bathroom are small but fantastic for tourists, they even had room under the bed to put out suite cases. It was our first time in Japan and this made such a great impression on us. They had blackout curtains, robes, slippers, and a ton of other amenities for us to utilize. The elevator also helped and they had laundry available to use, restaurant attached for $12 a person as a breakfast buffet. I would highly suggest staying at this hotel in the future and hope to be back someday as the prices were also great! Also the mirror in the middle by the sinks don’t fog up even when you shower, idk what technology that is but we need that in the US!

Best budget, location n convenient hotel in Tokyo. Direct line to maihama station (Disneyland), few station to Tokyo downtown. Crawling distance to nearest metro n full with convenient stores n restaurant. Room is bit pack but is adequate where under bed is designed with light for storage of luggage. There is 6kg dryer/washer 600 yen to wash/dry your clothes.
