The hotel is very nice and tidy, the twin room has more than enough space for 2 travellers. They even got cold towels at the reception for their visitors to cool down!

Location is near train station but the way to hotel is a steep road.

Good clean hotel with a small room. Fine for business travelers. Don't bother with breakfast, especially if you have dietary requirements as they don't even have cereal, milk or fruits.

Decent rooms, need to walk 10 minutes up hill to get to the hotel. Air conditioning is not adjustable and it’s not cold enough in the summer, making it hard to sleep. Food court available near train station.

Staff were nice and helpful, and the check in and out process was easy. Basic amenities are provided in your room, like a comb, razor, body towel, toothbrush, etc. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking. There was a definite mildew smell, which upon closer inspection could be attributed to the grout in the tile on the floor. Otherwise I had a pleasant stay.

Smell not good

The room is a bit old, the bathroom appliances are also old, the room size is OK, it is clean and hygienic, the room price is more than 1300 yuan (RMB ¥), which is a bit expensive! It is not far from the subway station, but you have to climb the hill, so it is not very convenient to carry large luggage.

The location of Shinagawa Tobu Hotel is very good, only a 7-8 minute walk from JR Shinagawa Station. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. There is a Mont Bell store next to the hotel, and there is also a "Xiang" Riwei restaurant and bar near the hotel. With hotel prices in Japan soaring, staying at the Shinagawa Tobu Hotel is a good choice!

It is very convenient to get to Shinagawa Station, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel facilities are very complete, the bathroom is small but exquisite, the family room is very suitable for a family of three, and the front desk service is also very good. We arrived at midnight, and they even gave candy to the children. I will stay here again next time
