The hotel is beautiful and very well located, but I don't think the experience for families is good, they have restrictions for children under 4 years old to enter the pool even if accompanied by their parents. And they forgot a request for sweets in the room to celebrate 9 years of marriage, previously requested the day before by phone.

Very good👍The hotel is very new so the facilities are very advanced. An iPad controls everything in the room including the room service. The room is about 70 square meters with a balcony, and the city view is still very comfortable. I think the location is very good. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Ginza and Shinjuku by taxi. The hotel is very oriental and the service is excellent. The only comment is that the breakfast is average. Should be more diverse, the Italian restaurant on the first floor is pretty good. I personally think the Chinese food on the 5th floor is average.

The room area is huge in Tokyo and has a balcony. It has just opened and is located in Tokyo's new flagship project. The overall facilities are first-class. As a sister brand of Aman, it naturally has a bit of Aman's flavor. The health and fitness facilities are invincible, and the gym equipment is extremely rich. It should be no problem for it to be the first in Tokyo. The swimming pool is also very large. The breakfast is top-notch.
