Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

Good ambience for relaxation.

Great location, and the service is impeccable. Very clean, nice food. The only negative is that Spa facilities should offer more for a 5-star luxury hotel.

The hotel was wunderful.

This is our second time staying here. I wrote about the amenities earlier. In addition, there is a games room with billiards, table tennis, darts, mini-football, Play Station 5….. This time we were lucky with the weather. The beach was already open. Everything is at a high level. It would be nice if the restaurant had at least some kind of dress code.

Great hotel! Great service! Gorgeous view, beautiful beach. The only downside is the location. The area itself is beautiful, but small. Therefore, a small selection of restaurants, places for leisure.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is good. There are not many types of breakfast, and the things are not displayed. If you want to eat, you have to ask the waiter to take it, which is not very comfortable.

An outstanding hotel

Lovely staff that was extremely helpful. The food at the Spot restaurant was amazing, cooked at the perfection, the waiters were also very kind. Spa treatments are just incredible and made us feel relaxed. Would definitely come back again.

Definitely the best place in whole Montenegro Highly recommend for the feeling and the scenery that you get . High class service, tasty cuisine, lovely polite well trained staff. This is what is called modern luxury in the vacation. Just get the feeling

I had my bday on 31st of Mars and they surprised me with a prosseco bottle and a minicake in my room. Everything was super clean, the rooms perfectly cleaned and the service 5*. Kids Friendly! I have no words. A gem in the middle of our beautiful Balkan!

The Cheddi, probably one of the best hotels I have visited. Must visit this beautifull place and stay in this extraordinary hotel. What makes him unique besides extraordinary nature and surrounding is extraordinary service! Hotel is situated in the hearth of Lustica Bay, which is 30 minutes from Tivat and Budva. Capital city, Podgorica is one hour and a half and mountains are approximately 2 to 3 hours from Lustica Bay.

This hotel was amazing and I would Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back! The hotel staff was so sharp and friendly, they truly made me feel like I was on vacation and cared for in the best way. The room was huge, beds were amazing and beach was spectacular. Breakfast was a highlight - super high quality food and outstanding staff all around. If you don’t stay here, it’s a huge miss!! Wish I could have stayed a whole week!

The Chedi Lustica Bay delivered one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. The room was stunning, with a beautiful bathtub and an incredible view over the bay — exactly what you want when you come to this part of the world. The staff were exceptional. Available at all hours on WhatsApp, they arranged romantic touches, handled all dinner reservations, and gave excellent local recommendations. One night I got sick, and someone from the team personally drove me to the emergency room at 1 a.m. They also stayed close when we had an unexpected issue with local police, making sure we felt supported and safe. The Japanese restaurant on the property was fantastic — a must-try. Only minor downside: the lights behind the TV and on the AC unit were so bright at night that I had to cover them with towels to sleep. Something they should address. Interesting detail: The Chedi was founded by the same person who created Aman, and you feel that same philosophy of quiet luxury and attentive service throughout. Highly recommend if you want a refined, memorable stay.
