The location is good. Although the resort is new, there's too much walking noise due to the wooden rooms. noise from people walking on upper floor planks can be heard. My bad experience is losing my health band after the room cleaning. Be careful of your belongings during your stay.

The room is large and has three beds, which is family-friendly. If you are looking for a pure vacation, it may not meet your needs. It does not have its own independent beach. It is a relatively primitive farmhouse. Overall, I don't think it is worth the price of 900.

The room is not cleaned every day, and the room service phone is always unreachable. But the scenery on the island is really beautiful. I will come to Tioman Island next time, but I will not choose this hotel again.

You can search the official website of Mersing, buy a round-trip ferry ticket in advance, from Mersing to Paya Jetty, and you will arrive at the hotel in a minute after getting off the boat. It takes about two hours by boat, and we need to arrive at the pier one hour in advance. We chartered a car from Johor Bahru to Mersing, and it takes two hours to drive.

Amazing dive resort with amazing diving master and instructor. Kudos to Simmon and Henry for being so compassionate and patience with new divers! Love the room and food. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere was really good. We got a room with Seaview too
