The host is super friendly and responsive. The location is very convenient, though parking is available but limited. Room is clean and big enough for two but the bed is too soft for me personally. Price is very reasonable and affordable. Definitely worth it. Will come back again.

location with beautiful views and clean, modern rooms. The staff was friendly, and the pool area was well-maintained. However, the Wi-Fi was slow, and it was a bit noisy at times. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

Room so small and have bad odor come from the entrance door. Towel not soft. Not comfortable bed to sleep. Parking so many but when full house have to park outside. Beside 7 eleven and easy to buy food when midnight. Self check in & very clear instructions from the management.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the garden and the tasty homemade breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

Just nice accommodation to stay if u travel with friends and family.

Based on my experience over all my staycation,i could say this is the worst experience.The person incharge of the hotel wont allow u to make late check out.they will ask u to left from the hotel immediately or else they will deduct our deposit.but they will not look into the problem that a guest facing from their hotel.Their acircond was the worst (no cold,call to check just response its normal).parking they can tell u easily first come first serve..The area so busy where u CAR Easy can have defects.The environment so smelly of **** and our room was given near laundry😂😂😂Hotel Management,we are not staying for freeeeee to treat us til this stage.overall i can give 3star out of 10star for the bangla worker who very responsive.A kind of pity looking at him.anddd the best partttt the next door guest keep knocking the wall..and the sound was sooo transparent.if i have booked dome,atleast i could Enjoy my staycation rather Than your hotel.PLEASE IMPROVE!!!

Hotel located behind Gurney Drive, have parking space, room is clean, toilet well prepared, recommended.

Very good and comfortable and very near to gurney plaza and really good for value.

Overall it's good experience stay here coz location superb, and accessible with public transport such as rapid Penang bus. Convenience shop located at same building, and also nearby to gurney drive which alot of local food stall. Not to mention gurney plaza, a shopping mall with various choices.

The location was great, but there could be times when outsiders may park at your designated parking space. Cleanliness wise was okay but could be improved a bit. Overall, it was an okay stay if you just need a good place to rest.

Easy to access non-front desk concept. Interesting way to communicate to access entry. Kudos to the management team
