I’ve always associated the Westin brand with consistently high standards. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t quite live up to expectations. While the location was convenient and the stuff were polite, the amenities felt dated. The a/c in my room is not cold at all. The repairman came but was not able to resolve the issue. They ended up having to provide me with a standing fan. It wasn’t a bad stay by any means - it just didn’t deliver the elevated experience that I have come to associate with the Westin name.

Major area for improvement is Concierge management. They dont even have a weighing scale for luggages. No one cares about the loading and unloading area outside thel obby. Many times, long waiting vehicles clog that area causing arriving and departing hotel guests with luggages so much inconvenience.

Hotel is nice! 5 stars standard. Although getting very old but management and environment still up to standard. Room is big and clean, The staff Icy Xu, very helpful and nice. I had some technical problem in the room, she arranged people come to fix and following up. Very good service. Breakfast was so so, I have to say still need to improve. Anyway nice experience for staying!

The service here is very good. The front desk receptionist are all very friendly and kind. All out to service and attend to your request. In CBD area traffic is easy accessibility to town area. The hotel is big and cozy and also the rooms are all very clean. Very good standard price is also very reasonable. Especially the front desk lady name Holiday. Very helpful and efficient. Looking forward for the next stay in Westin.

Old and dimly lit room. There was a smell of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room.

Nice hotel. The location was good, with nice buildings around. Plenty of facilities like the swim pool, spa, the gym, etc. The rooms were clean and comfy. Would visit there again. I really enjoyed the pool it was the perfect temperature and you could watch a tv show while you are on the treadmill in the gym. Plus, the room has a good view of the city, which is very cool.Really wanted to go again. 以上是两个孩子写的😊

Very classy hotel with professionally trained staff.Breakfast nice and widespread of food .Near to Wu da DAO ,7-11, restaurants, malls....etc. Only dislike are the doggies poo on the streets around hotel

In the past two days, I went to Tianjin for a trip and chose The Westin Tianjin Hotel. The experience was very good. The senior members within the group are also well taken care of at Westin. Especially the lobby manager, Angel, who was very patient with the elderly, left a deep impression. I hope to have the chance to visit Westin again.
