Came here for the hot air balloon. The hotels here are all cave style. But this hotel is a little off the Main Street but just in front of a famous landmark. Rooms are generally dark and there’s 2 switches for lights. Renovation is on going so it tends to be noisy.

The hotel can choose between cave and large terrace rooms. Both room types have super large double jacuzzis.

The hotel environment is very good. You can also have a small meeting in the lobby. You can see hot air balloons when you go out in the morning. It is so beautiful! Recommended!

Average Stay Good cave hotel with great views for fotos.We were received by Bugar who was most helpful and accommodating. I will recommend this hotel anytime However Dinner menu is limited with no seafood being available. The waiter had limited understanding of english hence made it difficult to communicate. He did his best considering. Room cleanliness is good however soaps ,shampoos and bathroom toiletries are not replaced daily. Asking cleaning staff is a challenge because of lack of English. Room service menu is not in English hence we couldn't order.

Really good hotel, the food was great! But the best part overall, was the staff, specially a staff member name BUGIR who works in the reception, he’s a really kind, caring person. My family and I would really recommend the hotel to everyone thinking about going to Capadoccia, good location, beautiful hotel, and clean. Bugir’s kindness and genuine care made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. It's clear that the heart of a great hotel is its people, and he truly made our experience special. His warm, thoughtful approach made all the difference…. This hotel is lucky to have him.💯👍

We just got back to london after staying in one of the most beautiful place in Turkey and amazing cave hotel, Harem suites in cappadocia. The hotel is beautiful and the service from the staff is exceptional. We had a clean room. Water was provided all the time. Breakfast had many options. Mustafa was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.

Food was delicious and also the stuff was professional and attentive to our needs. We took two pastaS, two glasses of champagne and two deserts for the price of 116 euro. The restaurant is on the pricey side but definitely recommend if you want a restuarnat with a beautiful view an delicous food.
