Such an authentic hotel .I loved the location also my room's view was phenomenal.I dont know how to thank Receptionist Anna about saving me from lots of trouble.Such a nice and kind person also other coworkers. İt is the best choice for accomadating in Tbilis.Highly recommended 💯

We stayed at this hotel in early October, a standard room was booked. Very convenient location, the very center of the city, all historical places are 10 minutes walk away. We were given a room with a view of the temple, the Narikala fortress and the statue of Mother Georgia. Very good breakfasts, we will definitely come back. Be sure to visit their restaurant on the terrace, with the best view in Tbilisi

I was traveling alone..so I looked for a relatively cheap hotel..even though it was a $34 room, it had a window and a view of the city, which was nice. The location was good, and the interior was cozy, so I really liked the room, so I stayed there for 2 nights in a row..I plan to stay at this hotel next time I come to Georgia.

Everything is good, location, staff, cleanliness, dining area and view. There was no internet in the room and there was no water, other than that it is perfect and always preferred.

The room is spacious, the view is beautiful, you can see the atmosphere outside, it's clean.

酒店位於市中心，離地鐵站兩百米距離，酒店周邊就有超市，公車站，酒吧街。房間很大，大套間，乾淨。陽枱面對教堂，熱氣球。風景不錯。視野很開闊。房間插頭不用轉換器。特別為國人準備的。連住了五天。前台服務不錯，還有大哥幫忙拿行李。酒店好早餐，豐盛。早上透過玻璃窗看到對面教堂的景色。夜景也很美呀。酒店價格很親民。

Love the place , the breakfast area has a beautiful view of the city. Walking distance from the main road , if you are up to a little bit of hillside walk. The hotel has a unique structure I must say .. kinda old vibe feeling and feels like home . hope to be back and stay again in future .

Great staff..very accommodating as I had my foot in plaster. Great 180° views from our top floor room. Restaurant food up to standard, views over the city unbeatable, especially as the building lights came on. A DREADFUL buffet breakfast...food in Georgia is superb...their breakfast was worse than the cheapest hotel anywhere!!

This hotel has excellent location with magnificent view on old Tbilisi. But that is all I can positively say about this hotel. The rooms are large, but uncomfortable. Very poor breakfast. The rooms have a very heavy smell of the restaurant. A/C doesn't work at all, just create a noise with no effect. Avoid this hotel!

I stayed at the Kopala Hotel pre and post a horseback riding trek and thoroughly enjoyed my stay both times. Although they had lost my reservation the first time they still were able to accommodate me in a very nice room and the price was very reasonable. I loved the traditional rooms with beautiful wood decor/trim, very nice bathrooms, and both rooms I stayed in had beautiful views over Tbilisi. The restaurant and breakfast room also have stunning views over the city and the restaurant is very good. While some of the reviews I had read prior mentioned staff not being friendly, I found everyone I encountered to be very kind and helpful. The man at the reception desk even spent a long time problem solving an issue with using a local SIM card with my phone for me, which I really appreciated! I would happily return to stay here again.

Good location, very close to the old town, great view from the window to the old town. Very friendly staff, clean and cozy room, although the bathroom is very small. Good breakfast with a view of the old town. The entrance to the hotel is from the yard and there is no parking place, but if without a car, then a great choice for 2-3 days in Tbilisi.
