A really nice stay at this hotel. The location is good and breakfast was decent too. Nata who was one of the staff here was superb. She was so helpful and always willing to help. She definitely is an asset to this hotel. She has a very polite and approachable manner to her. Nata was a big reason we re-booked our stay at this hotel after we returned back to Tbilisi from Batumi. We have stayed many in Holiday inn locations around Europe and Asia, but me and my girlfriend both felt Nata was one of the most helpful staff members we have met! There was also another young man , I don’t know his man , he was on the night shift. He was also super friendly and helpful. He had big fuzzy hair and was really nice . Overall , a great location with superb staff ( especially the 2 mentioned ) . Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Nothing to say, this was the best hotel in my trip to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, compared with similar price. Though the room that I booked was not so big but it was comfortable and clean. Very easy to reach and just a few minutes, you can go to all city attractions and metro and bus station. Breakfast was great and all staffs were very helpful indeed.

Great location close to the Trinity Cathedral and a small walk from the main tourist area. Great staff, so helpful. Clean. Good room size, easily enough space to open a big suitcase. Brand new hotel, some rooms not quite finished yet. Breakfast was great. I fully recommend this hotel.

It’s a new property, so everything was fresh, and super clean. The staff there are very helpful and hardworking. The location is not exactly at the city center, but not far either (therefore average rating). It’s next to the metro station so easy to travel from here. Overall great value

We stayed here for several days in a row. The main reason was that the transportation here is very convenient. It is very easy to go to the old town city walk. In addition, there are many places to eat around and the taste is pretty good.

The room is not big but well-equipped. Foreign hotels don't have toothbrushes. I stayed for three days. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. It was clean. The breakfast was good. Although there were not many varieties, it was enough. The Wi-Fi was very good. It cost more than 20 lari to take a taxi to the airport. The flight was at 7 o'clock in the morning. The taxi arrived in a few minutes at 5 o'clock. The English was not very good, but the front desk would communicate with you through mobile phone translation. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. You need to swipe your card to get on the elevator, which is very safe. There is a subway station, supermarket and restaurant next to it. But it is very cheap to take a taxi to the city center.

The hotel is located in the old town, but it is newly built, so I am very interested in both the environment and facilities. There are supermarkets and convenience stores across the road, which is very convenient for shopping.

The room is very clean, but for environmental protection, no disposable toothbrushes or razors are provided. You need to ask for them at the front desk. I think the breakfast is quite rich. The homemade yogurt must be praised, and the croissants are also very good. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is relatively simple. I stayed for 5 consecutive days and only slightly changed one hot dish style (baked potatoes and fried eggplants were repeated). This needs to be strengthened and enriched. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is near Freedom Square and next to the subway station. You can also find a lot of restaurants on the map when you go out.

The hotel is good, the price is cheap, the service is good, and it is convenient for travel. It is recommended for business trips.

I chose this hotel again when I returned to Tbilisi, Georgia from Armenia. Although I didn't find the conversion plug and pillowcase I left in the hotel before. But the front desk Luka I met this time was very nice and enthusiastic. I asked if I could delay the check-out for 2 hours, and she agreed very readily. Luka is much better than the female front desk who stayed before. Thank you.

On my last night before returning to Thailand, I stayed at the same chain in Korea. The quality is still the same. The bed is very soft. The atmosphere is good. The staff is very welcoming. The location is convenient, not far from the airport. There is a very delicious pizza restaurant in the hotel, as well as a convenience store.

The 337 bus from the airport is 1 Lari and goes directly to the airport. It is very convenient! I didn't understand a lot at first, and the email communication was very friendly and timely. Luka at the front desk was super nice, and the breakfast was rich. I plan to stay here again on my return trip.
