The ambiance of the hotel is great, from the view outside of our room, you can see the scenic beauty of the views at the top. The service is also great, they are friendly & approachable, there's a free breakfast, the foods are average. We spent a beautiful and calm stay on this hotel for 1 week.

Well, the host is nice and the view from the terrace is great. But the rooms are need to be repaired. Good for one-night stand.

If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you. It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way. The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice. For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream. If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.

The hotel is on a hill, so if you can't walk, be careful. The only thing that bothered me was that they charged an extra $20 for two breakfasts. There was no option to not have them. Other than that, it was a perfect hotel.

A shop that exceeded expectations, the environment is great, the boss is enthusiastic, the platform has beautiful scenery, and every detail in the shop represents that the boss is a person who loves music. We booked a quadruple room with a separate bathroom, which is very convenient, and the heating is sufficient and warm. Must give a thumbs up 👍🏻

The hotel is great. The staff can all communicate in English and the buffet breakfast is great. The key is that the hotel's terrace bar has a beautiful night view and cute cats. I will stay here again next time I come to Georgia.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it's a quiet area. Nice, friendly staff. The room is clean and bright. There is everything you need for a vacationer with hand luggage. This was the best accommodation I stayed at during my solo female trip to the Caucasus! The owner is very kind. And the breakfast is delicious! It's a buffet. It's open from 8am. Food and cutlery are fully prepared at the start time, so you can really start eating from 8am. I'd like to stay here again when traveling in Georgia. *The location information on the map on trip.com is incorrect. I went here, but it was a dimly lit place, and there were some suspicious people who harassed me. Please be careful. Search for "hotel piano Tbilisi" to find the location information.
