Best Tbilisi Hotels

The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Mtatsminda, but is located on a hill. I don’t know, is this Mount Mtatsminda itself or some hill adjacent to it? The south-facing windows face directly onto the mountain (its lower part). This implies two properties of the hotel. The first is positive. Since the hotel is located on a slope, from its northern side there are very beautiful views of Tbilisi (its central part), which lies lower in the valley of the Kura River between two mountain ranges. Of course, not all rooms offer these views, but the breakfast room is on the top floor and you can open onto balconies from where you can admire Tbilisi. You can go up to this room and to the balconies at any time, not just during breakfast, including when it’s already dark and Tbilisi is glowing with lights. A negative feature of the hotel is that it is located on a hill and climbing to it can cause some difficulties. It's quite steep in places. It's about a kilometer downhill to get to Rustaveli Avenue, but it's the same distance uphill to get back. In general, it cannot be said that the hotel is located in the center of Tbilisi. The walk to the old town is about two kilometers. But on the other hand, this is a small problem. The hotel is inexpensive, at fairly reasonable prices. The service is good. The rooms are clean. There are breakfasts. They are common for Georgia. I can’t say that the choice of dishes is large, but it won’t be difficult to have a hearty breakfast. We lived in two rooms because we left the hotel in connection with trips around Georgia, and then returned. The rooms are quite spacious. Both had balconies with tables and chairs. Among other things, the rooms are equipped with small refrigerators, which is important for Georgia even in the fall. So we liked the Vista Hotel. We did not have any significant complaints.

I definitely recommend this hotel to Tbilisi guests. The hotel is located in the old city, has a wonderful view of the city, especially at night. It is on a quiet street, far from the city noise and vain, so there is a great opportunity to sleep even with an open window. The rooms are clean, look just like in the photos, the hotel is new, the staff is polite, friendly and helpful, breakfast is just wonderful. The only inconvenience if you have a heavy bag, you will have to lift it up the stairs to the room, but even that has not affected my hotel rating. I definitely recommend and will definitely stay in it next time.

We and our daughter spent 3 wonderful days in Tbilisi and in many ways thanks to the incredibly soulful staff of the hotel! I definitely join the praise of breakfast, such will not even meet in the best hotels of Europe!!! I have stayed at this cozy hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to details remains. The staff is amazing and rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. There are many reviews about rooms, food and facilities but I would like to give some reviews about the Manager Mr. David. He is so professional, polite and decent. He was there 24/7 for any assistance. I felt like at home. Appreciate it.I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your amazing service.

The hotel is located in the old town. Upon arrival at the railway station in Tbilisi, we ordered a taxi. Taking into account traffic jams, we drove for about 30 minutes and paid 15 GEL. Whereas it was much faster and more convenient to get there by metro, which is located at the exit of the station on the left. Go 4 stops to Avlabari station. You need to buy a card from a machine for 2 lari and put money on it. 1 fare - 1 GEL. From Avlabari station there is 1 stop to the station. Liberty (this is the center), 2 stops to the station. Rustaveli Avenue. If you have arrived or are departing from Tbilisi, then bus number 337 from Avlabari station is also very convenient, travel is also 1 GEL on this card, the ride takes 30 minutes, the bus runs every 20 minutes. When you arrive at the hotel for the first time, you may be a little frightened by the ruins nearby the hotel (old buildings are being demolished), but this is a mere trifle, since the location itself, proximity to the center, to the metro covers everything. The hotel itself is wonderful. The room fully matches the photographs. Everything is clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, cups, glasses, refrigerator, gel, shampoo. The beds are comfortable. Next to the hotel, on the street to the left, there is a wine store, and in the basement there is a small cafe with 4 tables. It's called Gamorjopa. There is also a signature dish with this name, very tasty. But the widely advertised khachapuri on a skewer did not make an impression at all. Within walking distance is the ascent to the cable car, travel on which can also be paid for with the same transport card one way for 1 GEL.

We had a very bad stay and unfortunately I had a bad experience in Royal inn Tbilisi hotel, I went to hotels all over the world but this was the first time that the hotel failed to provide us breakfast at 7.30am and we left the hotel without breakfast even though we paid for it. I'm sorry about that. I am a tour guide and I will never recommend this hotel from, I was there with my clients when this bad experience happened. The hotel reception man was very rude and did not help us in any way. if yoy need any help from hotel don't think about this hotel.

Together with my husband we decided to celebrate my birthday in Tbilisi this year and spend first summer week end there and in this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very tidy and cosy. The outdoor superb veranda has an overwhelming view to all over Tbilisi. The only disadvantage I can't pass by is too powerless work of AC in the room. It was too hot outside and the AC was working too slow and definitely had some technical bug which we asked the manager to fix, nevertheless it didn't start to cool down the room properly. Also the big plus is that the hotel had a free parking lots for cars.

This time we were disappointed with the choice of hotel: the hotel is tired and the service leaves much to be desired. This is our second time staying here. I liked it last time. We warned in advance that we were moving in after the wedding and we were on a honeymoon. At the reception they said that they saw our comment and offered us to pay for the wedding package. No amenities from the hotel. When asked about afternoon tea, they said that it was also a separate paid option. We had a club room which included coffee, tea and biscuits all day. There is no variety compared to other hotels. The room is very tired and needs renovation. We went to the spa. In a huge multi-storey hotel there is a small sauna for 6 people and the same hammam. The Jacuzzi didn't work. There are only 2 in the recreation area!! sun lounger The pool is on a separate floor and has cold water. Unfortunately, the hotel is not worth the money. We were left disappointed.

Nice and friendly administrator. The location is not bad. The view from the roof is excellent, you can have dinner. I didn’t like the breakfast - cheap products, some kind of juice, margarine instead of butter, no hard cheese. Coffee from the machine for a fee. It also felt like the bed was not very clean. Poor cosmetics in the bathroom and minimal quantity (only shower gel).
