The hotel is very close to Hakata Station, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The lobby is spacious, and the rooms are quite large. The reception staff speaks good English and provides attentive service.The room is well-equipped with toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, face lotion and hand cream, and offers high-quality coffee and tea.The only downside is that none of the rooms have windows, which may not be ideal for some guests. However, overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Near to Hakata Station. And there is a convenience store just next to the lobby.

Although small room, well equipped and very clean. Extremely good location. Within 5 mins walk to Hakata station. Highly recommended.

Business hotel with minimal frills. Convenient location. Glass cups had not been cleaned properly. Dated furnishings but generally clean.

The accommodation is decorated in a modern style. The room size is just right. The bathroom has complete amenities. The security system is good. Most importantly, the staff is very attentive and provides excellent service.

Excellent location (about 2-min walk from Hakata station, Chikushi Gate) and very helpful staff. But only one washing machine on the 5/F may not be enough for the guests (maybe there are a few on the 10/F?). Overall, a very recommendable hotel in Hakata.

Convenience & close to station but Reception very terrible, unfriendly,can’t speak English & not willing to help, even ask info for travel or asked for taxi
