Hotel was excellent with a stunning view over the ocean. Perfect for a romantic moments. The area was a bit hard to reach from Puerto Mogan, that is only a few hundred meters away but behind the hills. Shortest road was closed, so it took 15 min by taxi instead of only few. Hotel minibus was a good one but got to know about it only in the morning. The restaurant was ok for both dinner and breakfast. Only the cocktails were not so professional as well as the desert, which was just ice cream, including Crema Catalana. We had the feeling that could spend a longer period swimming, chilling and visiting other spots on the island.

Staff were very welcoming and nice. The best location in Gran Canaria by far. The strip was also nice at night and the beach was nice

I just needed a couple of nights away and had a lovely place, good bed, spacious terrace and all I ever needed. Great deal for the money!

Very good service, good cleaning, you could consider playing music at the pool to set the scene and the restaurant prices a little high, for everything else I hope to repeat.

The service was excellent, both in reception and restaurant, but the services in the facility were a bit unfavorable in the sense that personally, as I was with my pregnant wife, I had a room on the lowest floor the first day, everything was fine because there is an elevator, but The rest of the days they had them out of service, which in a place like that I think can't go wrong. The gym was a bit poor and the only machine that it had did not work well, the impossible parking on the second day was that I was able to get one and pay it to the hotel, when you go to make a reservation you will see a buffet breakfast option for €4 that does not exist lol. The rest all good. I think that services such as the elevator should be guaranteed to keep them in optimal conditions. For the rest all good.

It's my 4th time and I'm still delighted with everyone, especially with Mr. MATIAS and the guy from the pool bar, I don't know if he's from Seville, Andalusian…. I know they are wonderful people and very attentive to us the week we were there. The reception boy Eduardo, also attentive with everything we needed... the only thing I would say and I have given a 3 in punctuation for saying something is the issue of cleaning. I was there for a week and they only came to clean me twice... but otherwise everything was perfect, I will repeat without a doubt.
