Everything was good. I would like however to give constructive advise: - we would expect water bottles as well as the coffee capsules and creamers to be refilled every day. Sadly none of our 3 rooms got refills. - I would suggest the person in charge of room quality check to test the draining of the showers weekly. As the shower drain of 418 was partially clogged, the water would not drain properly and overflow into the bathroom. So I it  myself. Thank you and kind regards, Frank

Good location, not too far to walk to Old Town. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, had a little hiccup on our eggs. Hair was found in our omelet which really turned of us. So we decided not to have breakfast daily and went out instead. Overall stay was comfortable, room was big and soundproof was really good.

Ideal place to stay with husbend or wife

Disappointing stay. Loud and uncontrollable air-conditioning and fridge in the room which affected sleep as well as uncomfortable pillows and bedding. Pre-booked breakfast not worth 18 euros.

Very clean and quiet hotel, lovely shower, bathrobes and slippers. Amazing spa and chocolate hour is a nice touch. However the check in was long as there was a queue and one person at the reception. Not so happy with the bedding, uncomfortable pillows and soft mattress. Not worth paying extra for breakfast, limited choice and extra €5 for fresh orange juice is not acceptable. At breakfast we felt rushed and pestered by the waitresses.

One of the best hotel experience I have in Europe ✨ I spent my birthday in Tallinn and I received a welcome bubbles and fruits on our check-in day and again on my birthday as well! So thoughtful of them to write a cute letter as well. And the free chocolate from 4-5pm is very nice! ✨

Really good service! The spa area was amazing and the rooms were clean. Highly reccommend, especially if you are a couple.

Honestly it is so nice and luxury that it gave me a 5 star hotel experience already . The hotel is brand new , very nice bath tub , amazingly clean . Also just nearby old town and in a quiet area (15 mins walking distance) . Bus station also within walking distance.
