I stayed at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort during the rainy season, and I have to say — it was a great experience! Many people think that the rainy season in Thailand is not the best time to visit, but here it was absolutely fine. There were not so many rainy days, and even when it rained, it often passed quickly, leaving the air fresh and the nature even greener. One of the big advantages of this time of year is the peace and space — fewer tourists, a calmer atmosphere, and more opportunities to enjoy the beach almost to yourself. And of course, the prices during the low season are much more attractive, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. So if you’ve ever doubted visiting Thailand during the rainy season, I can honestly recommend it — especially here at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort. You might just discover it’s the perfect time for you!

The location is closed to the beach. And the property is truly family friendly. Breakfast was great with wide variety of choice. Room was clean and large. This is the best hotel in Bangsak beach.

We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right, and the amenities were absolutely fantastic, we had everything we needed and more. A special thanks to K. Snow at the front desk for going above and beyond during our check-in. Even though our booking wasn’t yet in the system, she made sure everything was arranged quickly and smoothly, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. We also want to give a big shout out to K. Nat from the recreation team. She made sure we had a great time during the activities, always cheering us on during bowling and checking in on us while we played badminton to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Every time we passed by someone, they greeted us with a smile, which made us feel truly valued and at home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next holiday. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel and, frankly, it feels like it hasn’t seen a renovation in twenty years. Paint is peeling off the walls and ceilings, corridor tiles are cracked and chipped, and door frames are splitting. The furniture is shabby, with veneer flaking away in chunks, and the bathtub is essentially a broken shell—cracked and stained with rust. I can’t recommend staying here.

Nicely maintaned environment and greeneries.. The rooms are dated but cleanly maintained. Average breakfast.

The staff are brilliant..The location is perfect

Some extra maintenance is needed for the overall facilities. The coffee service in the breakfast is not smooth (many years coming to this hotel and they still don´t solve it). Poor breakfast (in 10 days always the same fruits were served, there aren´t fresh juices, the bakery quality is not good...). The rest is amazing.

Got a great room upgrade which was lovely but they REALLY need to stop the guests from staking out sun beds and reserving them all day and hardly using them. Sign says not to do it and belongings will be removed but never saw it done, not even once. Also free shuttle bus was always booked out but come the day, nowhere near full. Just go along on the day and you’ll likely get a seat due to inconsiderates booking and then not using.

Was booked as a birthday treat. If you like organised activities and timetables then it's for you. On arrival they asked for passports, out to the car to get, then voucher, out to the car to get, then a copy of my credit card. Really was not happy with that and thought it unnecessary as they had details from booking as the room was paid for,it made me very uncomfortable. The main swimming pool was large but had only one place to get in so was a long walk. We ate outside the hotel at one of the many less expensive restaurants. Our view from our room in block 13 overlooked a dilapidated roof of the Thai themed restaurant, didn't compel us to eat there. The room itself was comfortable and clean and we loved the dressing gown, it's our thing. WiFi around the resort was good. Sunset memorable. A great place for families that like a package holiday. Not for us.

Calm resort. Should be improved: coffee distribution for breakfast; there are not fresh juices for breakfast; sunbed management.

This is my second stay, but I must say that this time I am very disappointed with the service of the reception, especially the female receptionist (in a gray polo shirt, Chinese face) who should be in a position that impresses customers and provides good farewell, but instead made us feel bad with her unfriendly behavior, insincere bowing, and walking with a swaying back after informing them to check out. In the case of late check-out, we called to ask while waiting for an answer that the hotel would be able to accommodate until what time, and a staff member called to ask us to leave the room again, asking again what time we would be able to check out. We understand if the room is not available, but the department should have communicated properly before calling to talk to the customer, not pressuring them. The latest we were informed was 12:30, but they called to confirm at 12:20, so we quickly packed our things as requested. Another thing is to consider the behavior of the staff at night, because from 3:00 - 4:00 AM, there were many times when the staff opened and closed the Staff Only door and it was very loud. It was the night that the hotel organized a staff party for the staff, which was very disturbing to the rest. There should be respect for the peace of the guests. However, I would like to commend the hotel's activities department. The staff were very lovely, provided good service, spoke politely, were pleasant to listen to, and were warm, making us feel impressed and want to do activities with the hotel. I would like to ask the hotel to consider improving their services because the hotel should be a place where customers leave feeling good and want to come back again.
