Hotel located near Hirayu onsen bus stop, ver convenient. Our room was a bit dusty. Private outdoor onsen was good. Tanami mats quite thin to sleep on.

There are 4 private hot springs, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor. Very private and relax.

There are four hot springs, two outdoor and two indoor. When I went there, one outdoor one was under maintenance. The outdoor one was quite nice and private. There was thick snow in early March, which was a unique experience. The room was clean. The lady at the front desk was Chinese and very kind. She booked a buffet dinner for us at the hotel opposite. The overall feeling was great. I will choose this hotel next time.

Very nice hotel, cost-effective, located just opposite the Hirayuhan! I like the hotel's hot springs very much. We stayed at the Hirayuhan on the first day, and the Hirayuhan was full on the second day, so we moved here to stay another night! I personally think it is better than the Hirayuhan opposite! I will stay at this hotel next time I come

Here you can become an expert in catching insects. From the first night when insects crawled on my 70-year-old mother, causing her to be frightened and unable to sleep all night, to being able to catch insects every day, my mental quality is getting stronger and stronger. The store has two Chinese employees, one male and one female, who never apologized from beginning to end. They kept saying that it was normal and there were insects in every room. They would not refund a penny. Their attitude was very tough. This also caused us to be strongly disgusted, so it led to a quarrel. The store even threatened to call the police. It was also my fault for choosing a cheap hotel in this area. The door lock key was difficult to open and lock. I had to toss it several times every time. In order to save costs, it was not a big deal that the hotel was very cold. Even the air conditioner in the room could not be heated. The bedding and quilt were very thin. I could only fall asleep wearing cotton trousers and three warm baby bags. What's more, because of the insects, the Chinese female clerk asked to change a bed sheet the next day and even said that she would charge extra money. It was also unheard of. Later, I said that since there was a charge, I might as well change the room, and she just gave up. All in all, I paid for my own choice. I also thank Ctrip for its active mediation. I have been to Japan for almost 20 times. It was unexpected that I had such a bad experience when I stayed in a hotel run by Chinese people. I will learn from it next time.

There is a Japanese tatami at the entrance, and slippers are provided! It is recommended to bring your own slippers! The room is a 4-person tatami, but there are only 2 of us! They are all private baths; one of the outdoor hot springs is broken! But it’s better to stay indoors in the snow and ice!

This time I came to Hirayu Onsen and stayed at Tabist Kaze and Snow Hotel. The room was large and clean. It has three hot springs for family bathing, which is great. Most importantly, it is very close to the ski resort. It takes about 15 minutes to walk there. It was so fun to take pictures of the snow while walking. I had dinner at the intersection after skiing.

This time I stayed at the Hirayu Onsen Hotel. The house is very big and the hotel facilities are good. However, the service is really amazing. The staff are always warm and thoughtful. They are Chinese, which makes people feel warm. I hope that the facilities can be renovated in the future, and the experience will definitely be improved. There are open-air baths and two indoor hot springs, both of which are private and can be used by families.
