Overall great value and comfortable hotel. 2 private outdoor onsen available free of charge. Room also include a private onsen. Food is unique and tasty with hide beef.

The reception staff is very friendly and able to speak good English。 The food was very good, and we had a wonderful experience on Japanese food dinner.

A very nice place to stay! Staff are super nice and he came out to welcome us immediately once we got off the bus. The private Onsen is Amazing. The dinner and breakfast are both very yummy! I have stayed in many Japanese hot spring hotels before and after, and this one is the most attentive one I have ever stayed in. The details are very well done, it is very clean, the bedding is very soft, and there is no smell (many hot spring hotels have musty bedding). I slept very soundly. The hotel is not big, and judging from the configuration of dinner and breakfast, it is very attentive. It was snowing heavily when we checked in, and we basically never left the hotel to go anywhere else. When we left, we went to Hirayu Onsen and took a bus to Matsumoto. The highway bus from Hirayu to Kawaguchiko mentioned in Apple Maps here does not exist. Google navigation data is still reliable when going out.

The room we booked had a private bath, and it was really comfortable to soak in the hot spring while it was snowing heavily, but we still liked to go to the big private bath outside, which was super comfortable. Let's talk about the bad places, because the house is relatively old, the floor is made of wood, and the guest who lived upstairs from us ****, didn't sleep at more than 12 o'clock in the middle of the night and was still walking around, with heavy footsteps, which made it impossible for us to sleep.
